The invention discloses a freezer hinge capable of hovering at any angle and a freezer provided with the freezer hinge, and relates to the technical field of freezers, the freezer hinge comprises an upper hinge plate and a lower hinge plate which are rotatably mounted, and an elastic device and a rotary damping structure which are arranged between the upper hinge plate and the lower hinge plate; the elastic device comprises a first gear fixedly installed on the first rotating shaft, a second gear fixedly installed on the second rotating shaft and meshed with the first gear, a rotating rod, two rotating sleeve rods arranged on the rotating rod in a sleeving mode and a compression spring clamped between the two rotating sleeve rods all the time. When the rotating rod is rotated, the two rotating sleeve rods slide in the same direction or opposite directions; the rotating damping structure comprises a third rotating shaft rotationally installed on the lower hinge plate, a ratchet mechanism and a rotating damper. Through cooperation of the rotary damping structure and the ratchet mechanism, the cabinet door can be opened easily and can hover or fall slowly at any angle, and hand clamping caused by rapid falling of the cabinet door is avoided.
