CURTAIN WALL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE WITHOUT WASHER
The present invention relates to an installation structure of a curtain wall installed for the exterior of a building, comprising: a support bracket fixedly installed in a structure of a building; a mullion fixedly installed in the support bracket; and an exterior panel installed to be supported by the mullion, wherein the support bracket includes: a first support piece provided with a fixation coupling hole; and a second support piece provided with a fastening coupling hole, position adjusting slits are provided at both sides of the mullion respectively, the first support piece is fixed with respect to the mullion by a fixation coupling means penetrated through the fixation coupling hole and the position adjusting slits to be installed, the second support piece is fixed with respect to the mullion by the fastening coupling bolt penetrated through the fixation coupling hole and the position adjusting slits to be coupled to the fixation coupling means, the fixation coupling hole and the fastening coupling hole are formed of a cone shaped tilted inner surface, and the fixation coupling means and the fastening coupling bolt are provided with a dish shaped head portion corresponding to the tilted inner surface, thereby preventing the fixation coupling means and the fastening coupling bolt, which has been fixed and coupled, from protruding through the outer surface of the support bracket.
본 발명은 건축물의 외장을 위해 설치되는 커튼월의 설치구조에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 구조체에 고정 설치되는 지지브라켓과, 지지브라켓에 고정 설치되는 멀리언과, 멀리언에 의해 지지되도록 설치되는 외장패널로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 지지브라켓은 고정체결공이 구비된 제1지지편과 조임체결공이 구비된 제2지지편으로 구성되고, 상기 멀리언의 양측에는 위치조정슬릿이 각각 구비되며, 멀리언에 대한 제1지지편의 고정은 고정체결공과 위치조정슬릿을 통과하여 설치되는 고정체결수단에 의해 이루어지고, 멀리언에 대한 제2지지편의 고정은 조임체결공과 위치조정슬릿을 통과하여 상기 고정체결수단에 체결되는 조임체결볼트에 의해 이루어지며, 상기 고정체결공과 조임체결공은 원추형상의 경사내면으로 이루어지고, 고정체결수단과 조임체결볼트는 상기 경사내면에 상응하는 접시형상의 머리부를 구비함으로써, 고정 및 체결이 완료된 고정체결수단과 조임체결볼트는 지지브라켓의 외면으로 돌출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
