Precast type expansion joint using Elastic asphalt and construction method of expansion joint part using thereof
The present invention relates to an elastic asphalt precast expansion joint, and an expansion joint construction method for a bridge or structure using the same. A purpose thereof is to provide an elastic asphalt precast expansion joint capable of enabling convenient construction on a pre-casting basis, and inducing uniform expansion by the complex action of a uniform behavior expansion material and elastic asphalt, and an expansion joint construction method for a bridge or structure using the same. According to the present invention, the elastic asphalt precast expansion joint includes: a lower precast expansion material fixed to a slab by being inserted into a joint groove of a structure; and an upper precast expansion material integrated and thermally bonded onto an upper side of the lower precast expansion material to be located in the joint groove. The lower precast expansion material includes: a pair of reinforcement supporters fixed to the slab; and an elastic expansion material having both sides connected to a pair of the reinforcement supporters to elastically behave in integration with the same. The elastic expansion material includes: a uniform behavior expansion material having both ends connected to a pair of the reinforcement supporters; and an elastic block integrated with the uniform behavior expansion material and a pair of the reinforcement supporters such that the uniform behavior expansion material is located therein. The upper precast expansion material comprises elastic blocks formed to be integrated with the upper side of the elastic expansion material of the lower precast expansion material, thereby inducing uniform expansion by the complex elastic action of the upper/lower precast expansion materials.
본 발명은 탄성아스팔트 프리캐스트 신축이음재와, 이를 이용한 교량 또는 구조물의 신축이음공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 프리캐스팅 방식에 의해 시공이 간편하고, 탄성아스팔트와 균등거동 신축재의 복합작용에 의해 균일한 신축을 유도할 수 있는 탄성아스팔트 프리캐스트 신축이음재와, 이를 이용한 교량 또는 구조체의 신축이음공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 구조물의 조인트홈내로 삽입되어 슬래브에 고정설치되는 하단 프리캐스트 신축재와, 조인트홈내에 위치하도록 하단 프리캐스트 신축재의 상면에 일체로 가열접착되어지는 상단 프리캐스트 신축재를 포함하되, 상기 하단 프리캐스트 신축재는, 슬래브에 고정설치되는 한쌍의 보강지지대와, 한 쌍의 보강지지대에 양측이 연결되어 일체로 탄성거동되는 탄성신축재를 포함하고, 탄성신축재는, 한 쌍의 보강지지대에 양단이 연결설치되는 균등거동 신축재와, 균등거동 신축재가 내부에 위치하도록 균등거동 신축재 및 한 쌍의 보강지지대와 일체로 성형된 탄성블록을 포함하며, 상기 상단 프리캐스트 신축재는, 하단 프리캐스트 신축재의 탄성신축재 상면에 일체로 접합되어지도록 성형된 탄성블록으로 이루어져, 상/하단 프래캐스트 신축재의 복합적인 탄성작용에 의해 균일한 신축을 유도되도록 되어 있다.

The present invention relates to an elastic asphalt precast expansion joint, and an expansion joint construction method for a bridge or structure using the same.
