Construction method for pressurizing and fixing carbon reinforcement for reinforcing concrete structures
The present invention relates to a construction method for pressurizing and fixing a carbon reinforcing material for reinforcing a concrete structure and to a pressurizing and fixing member of the carbon reinforcing material. According to the present invention, the construction method comprises a step (S1) of inserting and attaching a carbon reinforcing material after applying a bond resin to a recessed groove formed on the wall, pressing and supporting an outer surface of the carbon reinforcing material with a pressing member having an air-filled tube shape during the curing time of the bond resin and, in order to realize a firm horizontal adhesion to the wall surface of the carbon reinforcing material having a bending property, forming a concave groove (94) in an attachment portion of the carbon reinforcing material (2) having a band shape on the wall surface (92) of the wall, and applying the bond resin in the concave groove (94). Accordingly, while securing the fixing force of the carbon reinforcing material (2), the integrity with the wall surface (92) is ensured.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 보강용 탄소보강재를 가압 고정하기 위한 시공방법 및 그 탄소보강재의 가압고정부재에 관한 것으로 벽면에 형성된 요입홈에 본드수지를 칠한 후 탄소보강재를 삽입 부착 한 다음, 본드수지의 경화시간 동안 에어충진형 튜브 형태를 갖는 가압부재로 탄소보강재의 외면을 가압지지함으로써 휨 성질을 갖는 탄소보강재의 벽면에 대한 확고한 수평 밀착고정이 구현되도록 하기 위하여, 벽체의 벽면(92) 상에서 띠 형태를 갖는 탄소보강재(2)의 부착부위에 요입홈(94)을 형성한 후, 상기 요입홈(94) 내에 본드수지를 칠하는 단계(S1); 상기 요입홈(94)에 탄소보강재(2)를 삽입하여 부착한 다음, 상기 탄소보강재(2)의 외면을 가압부재(10)로 밀착지지하는 단계(S2); 상기 가압부재(10)는 탄소보강재(2)의 외면에 밀착되어 가압지지하는 에어충진 형태의 튜브부(11)와, 상기 튜브부(11)의 양측에 연장형성되는 날개부(14)로 형성되며, 상기 튜브부(11)를 탄소보강재(2)의 외면에 밀착한 상태에서 양측 날개부(14)를 벽면(92)에 밀착한 후, 상기 날개부(14)의 외면을 고정대(20)로 눌러 피스(29)로 고정대(20)를 벽면(92)에 고정함으로써 상기 튜브부(11)가 탄소보강재(2)를 가압지지토록 하는 단계(S3); 상기 본드수지가 경화되어 벽면(92)의 요입홈(94) 내에 탄소보강재(2)의 고정이 완료된 후, 상기 가압부재(10)를 제거한 다음, 상기 탄소보강재(2)의 외면이 벽면(92)에 수평일치되도록 마감수지부(81)를 충진 형성하여 경화시키는 단계(S4);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 탄소보강재(2)의 두께(t)를 요입홈(94)의 깊이(h) 보다 얇게 형성하여 탄소보강재(2)의 외면이 요입홈(94)의 둘레에 위치되는 벽면(92) 보다 낮게 위치되도록 하고, 상기 탄소보강재(2)의 측부와 요입홈(94)의 내측벽 사이에 이격공간(S)이 형성되게 한 상태에서, 상기 이격공간(S)을 포함한 탄소보강재(2)의 외면에 마감수지부(81)를 충진 형성하여, 상기 마감수지부(81)의 외면이 벽면(92)과 수평일치되도록 하되, 상기 마감수지부(81)는 벽면(92) 보다 높은 돌출부(82)가 형성되게 하여 경화되도록 한 다음, 상기 돌출부(82)의 외면측에서 탄소보강재(2)측을 향하는 수직방향으로 가압하여 마감수지부(81)를 강도를 증대시키면서 탄소보강재(2)의 고정력을 확보함과 아울러, 상기 마감수지부(81)의 외면이 벽면(92)에 수평일치되도록 가압함으로써 벽면(92)과의 일체성을 확보하도록 함을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a construction method for pressurizing and fixing a carbon reinforcing material for reinforcing a concrete structure and to a pressurizing and fixing member of the carbon reinforcing material. According to the present invention, the construction method comprises a step (S1) of inserting and attaching a carbon reinforcing material after applying a bond resin to a recessed groove formed on the wall, pressing and supporting an outer surface of the carbon reinforcing material with a pressing member having an air-filled tube shape during the curing time of the bond resin and, in order to realize a firm horizontal adhesion to the wall surface of the carbon reinforcing material having a bending property, forming a concave groove (94) in an attachment portion of the carbon reinforcing material (2) having a band shape on the wall surface (92) of the wall, and applying the bond resin in the concave groove (94). Accordingly, while securing the fixing force of the carbon reinforcing material (2), the integrity with the wall surface (92) is ensured.
