REINFORCING CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing construction method and a reinforcement structure of a concrete structure that eliminate the need for a step of forming a groove as a resin introduction passage by using a tool including a sander.SOLUTION: A lattice member 4 for reinforcement in which a first reinforcement 4a and a second reinforcement 4b intersecting the first reinforcement are on the same plane at least on a first surface side is disposed to face the first surface side on the surface of an existing floor slab 1. An anchor 6 for injection with a rod part 6b in which an injection hole 6g for epoxy resin 9 is formed to the tip is fitted to an anchor fitting hole 1b and the anchor fitting hole 1b larger than the outer diameter of the rod part 6b is drilled at a position adjacent to a net-like crossing part of the lattice member 4 for reinforcement in the floor slab 1. The rod part 6b of the anchor 6 for injection is inserted in the anchor fitting hole 1b, and the lattice member 4 for reinforcement is coated with a coating layer 7 and the epoxy resin 9 is injected into the injection hole 6g in the anchor 6 for injection from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】サンダー等の工具を用いて樹脂導入路としての溝を形成する工程を不要にしたコンクリート構造物の補強施工方法および補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】第1鉄筋4aおよびこれに交差する第2鉄筋4bが少なくとも第1面側において同一平面上にある補強用格子材4を、既設の床版1の表面に第1面側を向けて配置し、エポキシ樹脂9の注入孔6gが先端まで形成されたロッド部6bを有する注入用アンカー6を取り付けるアンカー取付穴1bであり、ロッド部6bの外径よりも大きなアンカー取付穴1bを、床版1の補強用格子材4の網状の交差部に隣接する位置に穿設し、注入用アンカー6のロッド部6bをアンカー取付穴1bに差し込み、補強用格子材4を被覆層7によって被覆し、注入用アンカー6の注入孔6gに外部からエポキシ樹脂9を注入する。【選択図】図8
