DREDGING APPARATUS OF VACUUM SUCTION AND MOVEABLE TYPE
According to the present invention, provided is a suction-movable dredging apparatus capable of minimizing pressure applied to a water bottom surface layer and forming an even dredging surface while effectively removing a large area of dredged soil. To achieve the purpose, the suction-movable dredging apparatus includes: a head unit for removing dredged soil deposited and solidified on a water bottom surface layer; and a transfer apparatus moving the head unit. The heat unit includes: a head frame combined with the transfer apparatus, moved along the water bottom surface layer by the transfer apparatus in a state in which one part of the bottom is sunk in the water bottom surface layer, and having a storage space storing dredged soil therein; a crushing part combined with the head frame, and including an auger crushing the dredged soil stored in the storage space, and an auger driving part rotating the auger; and a suction part combined with the head frame, and including a pump suctioning the dredged soil, which is crushed by the crushing part and scattered in the storage space, to discharge the soil to the outside of the head frame.
본 발명은 수저표층에 가해지는 가압력을 최소화하고 준설면을 고르게 형성하면서 대면적의 준설토를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 흡입 이동식 준설장치를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 수저표층에 퇴적되어 굳어진 준설토를 제거하기 위한 헤드유닛; 및 상기 헤드유닛을 이동시키는 이송장치를 포함하고, 상기 헤드유닛은, 상기 이송장치에 결합되며, 상기 이송장치에 의해 하단 일부분이 상기 수저표층에 침하된 상태에서 상기 수저표층을 따라 이동되며, 내부에는 준설토를 수용하는 수용공간을 가지는 헤드프레임; 상기 헤드프레임에 결합되며, 상기 수용공간에 수용되는 준설토를 분쇄하는 오거와, 상기 오거를 회전시키는 오거구동부를 가지는 분쇄부; 및 상기 헤드프레임에 결합되며, 상기 분쇄부에 의해 분쇄되어 상기 수용공간 내에서 비산되는 준설토를 흡입하여 상기 헤드프레임의 외부로 토출하는 펌프를 가지는 석션부;를 포함하는 특징을 개시한다.
