Manufacturing method of anti-bacterial handle and anti-bacterial handle manufactured thereby
The present invention relates to an antibacterial handle manufacturing method and an antibacterial handle manufactured by the same. The antibacterial handle manufacturing method comprises: a handle preparation step of preparing a handle; a coating agent manufacturing step of mixing a main agent, a hardener, and a natural antibacterial agent extracted from a natural substance to manufacture an antibacterial coating agent; a coating step of applying the antibacterial coating agent containing a natural antibacterial agent on a surface of the handle; and a drying step of drying the antibacterial coating agent coated on the handle. According to the antibacterial handle manufacturing method of the present invention, the handle, where bacteria can be easily attached, proliferated, and propagated, is antibacterial coated, thereby applying an antibacterial property to the handle, having the excellent antibacterial property of the antibacterial coating, and having improved attachment with the handle and own strength of the coating layer to prevent easy separation or damage.
본 발명은, 손잡이를 준비하는 손잡이 준비 단계; 주제, 경화제 및 천연 물질로부터 추출된 천연 항균제를 혼합하여 항균 코팅제를 제조하는 항균 코팅제 제조 단계; 상기 천연 항균제를 포함하는 항균 코팅제를 상기 손잡이의 표면에 도포하는 코팅 단계; 및 상기 손잡이에 코팅된 항균 코팅제를 건조시키는 건조 단계;를 포함하는 항균 손잡이의 제조 방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 항균 손잡이에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 항균 손잡이의 제조 방법에 따르면, 미생물의 부착, 증식 및 전파가 일어나기 쉬운 손잡이를 항균 코팅함으로써 손잡이에 항균 성능을 부여하며, 항균 코팅의 항균 성능이 우수하고, 손잡이와의 부착력 및 코팅층 자체의 강도가 뛰어나 쉽게 탈리되거나 손상되지 않는 효과가 있다.
