SOUND PROOF TUNNEL FOR ROOF PANNEL FIXING
The present invention relates to a soundproof tunnel comprising: a plurality of vertical posts (10) erected on both edges of a road and installed in a vehicle running direction; a side plate (20) vertically arranged between the vertical posts (10) on the side of the road; a connection beam (30) connecting both upper ends of the vertical posts (10) in the width direction of the road; a roof plate (40) arranged and fixed between the connection beams (30) arranged on the front and back; and a runner beam (50) fixing the connection beams (30) arranged on the front and back. The soundproof tunnel further comprises a roof clamp (100) arranging and fixing the roof plate (40) on the upper surfaces of the connection beams (30) and the runner beam (50), and fixing the roof plate (40) while absorbing the vibration force caused by vehicle running. The present invention has the advantage of greatly improving durability by conveniently and stably fixing the roof plate, and has the advantage of absorbing the vibration force when displacement occurs by vehicle running or an earthquake or the like by fixing the roof plate through an elastic binding force when fixing the roof plate.
본 발명은 방음터널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도로 양쪽 가장자리에 세워지며 차량 주행 방향을 따라 복수개 설치되는 수직 지주(10)와 도로 측면에서 상기 수직 지주(10) 사이에 상하로 배열되는 측면판(20)과 상기 수직 지주(10)의 양쪽 상단을 도로 폭 방향으로 연결하는 연결빔(30)과 전후방으로 배열되는 연결빔(30) 사이에 배열 고정되는 지붕판(40)과 전후방으로 배열되는 상기 연결빔(30)과 연결빔(30)을 고정하는 런너빔(50)을 포함하며; 상기 런너빔(50)과 상기 연결빔(30)의 상면에 지붕판(40)을 배열 고정하되, 차량 주행에 따른 진동력을 흡수하면서 지붕판(40)을 고정하는 지붕클램프(100)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 지붕판을 간편하고 안정되게 고정하여 내구성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있고, 또한 지붕판 고정시 탄성 결속력을 통해 고정함에 따라 차량 주행 또는 지진 등에 따른 변위 발생시 진동력을 흡수할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
