Guide and fixing device for Gang-form Guide-rail Climbing System
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a guide and fixture device for safely lifting molds and scaffolds on the exterior wall of a building comprises: an anchor embedded and constructed in the exterior wall of the building; and a climbing box coupled to the front of a main deck beam installed on a support part of gang form. The climbing box includes: a body part; and a rotation locking part rotated inside the body part to enable movement of the anchor in one direction and to make the anchor hung during movement of the anchor in the other direction to fix and seat the body part when the body part moves. The body part includes: a pair of side plates facing each other; a pair of front plates provided on the front of the side plates, and forming the guide space of the anchor; an upper surface plate provided on the top of the side plates, and including a connection plate coupled to an upper surface of the main deck beam, and a guide groove; and a joint angle provided on the rear surfaces of the side plates, and forming a seating groove for seating the rotation locking part during non-rotation of the rotation locking part. The rotation locking part includes: a shaft part fixed to both sides of the side plates; a locking plate rotatably formed on the shaft part, and seated on the lower surface of the guide groove to open or close the guide groove according to rotation thereof; and a return guide plate rotatably formed on the shaft part, inclined to face the locking plate, and providing a return force so that the locking plate is closed when the guide groove is opened. In addition, the guide and fixture device for safely lifting molds and scaffolds on the exterior wall of a building can be variously provided according to embodiments.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건물 외벽 거푸집 및 비계의 안전한 인양을 위한 가이드 및 고정장치는 건물 외벽면에 매립 시공되는 앵커 및 갱폼의 지지부에 설치되는 메인 데크빔의 전방에 결합되는 클라이밍 박스를 포함하되, 클라이밍 박스는, 바디부와, 바디부의 내측에서 회전되어 바디부의 이동 시 앵커의 일방향 이동은 가능하게 하고, 타방향 이동은 걸려 고정 안착하는 회전 걸림부를 포함하고, 바디부는 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 측면판과, 측면판의 전면판으로 앵커의 가이드 공간을 구성하는 한 쌍의 전면판, 측면판의 상면으로 메인 데크빔의 상부면에 결합되는 연결 플레이트와 가이드홈이 구성되는 상면판, 측면판의 후면에 구비되며 회전 걸림부의 비회전 시 안착하는 안착홈을 구성하는 조인트 앵글을 구성하며, 회전 걸림부는 측면판의 양측에 고정되는 축부와, 축부에 회전 가능하게 구성되며 상기 가이드홈의 하면에 안착되어 회전에 따라 상기 가이드홈을 오픈하거나 클로즈시키는 걸림판, 축부에 회전 가능하게 구성되되 걸림판에 대향하여 경사지게 구비되며 걸림판이 상기 가이드홈의 오픈 시 클로즈되도록 복귀력을 제공하는 복귀 가이드판을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기와 같은 건물 외벽 거푸집 및 비계의 안전한 인양을 위한 가이드 및 고정장치는, 실시예에 따라 다양하게 구현될 수 있다.
