GANG FORM CLIMBING GUIDE APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a guide apparatus for lifting gang form and, more particularly, to a guide apparatus for lifting gang form, which can construct concrete structures on the outer wall of a building while stably lifting gang form. The guide apparatus for lifting gang form comprises: a fixing shoe having one side installed on the outer wall of a building and the other side fixed and coupled to a locking plate; a rail member on which gang form composed of a workbench and a mold is mounted, and which is elongated in a vertical direction along the outer wall of the building; a rotating support rotatably coupled to the rail member in a vertical direction; a fixing member for fixing the rotating support so that the same is not rotated with respect to the rail member; and a height adjustment member mounted on one end of the rotating support facing the fixing shoe so that the height is adjusted in a vertical direction. In a state in which the rotating support is rotated and arranged in the vertical direction, the rail member is lifted with respect to the fixing shoe. In a state in which the rotating support is arranged in a horizontal direction and the rotation thereof is stopped by the fixing member, a lower end of the height adjustment member is supported by contact with the upper surface of the locking plate disposed below.
본 발명은 갱폼 승강용 가이드장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 갱폼을 안정적으로 승강시키면서 건물 외벽에 콘크리트 구조물을 시공할 수 있는 갱폼 승강용 가이드장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 갱폼 승강용 가이드장치는, 일측이 건물 외벽에 설치되고, 타측에 걸림판이 고정 결합된 고정슈와; 작업대와 거푸집으로 이루어진 갱폼이 장착되고, 건물 외벽을 따라 상하방향으로 길게 배치되는 레일부재와; 상기 레일부재에 상하방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합된 회전지지대와; 상기 회전지지대가 상기 레일부재에 대해 회전되지 않게 고정시키는 고정부재와; 상기 고정슈와 대면하는 상기 회전지지대의 일단에 장착되어 상하방향으로 높낮이가 조절되는 높이조절부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 회전지지대가 회전하여 상하방향으로 배치된 상태에서 상기 레일부재는 상기 고정슈에 대하여 승강되고, 상기 회전지지대가 수평방향으로 배치되고 상기 고정부재에 의해 회전이 정지된 상태에서 상기 높이조절부재의 하단은 하부에 배치된 상기 걸림판의 상면에 접하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
