The present invention relates to an integrated-type deck plate, comprising: a deck panel (10) composed of a metal plate with a predetermined size; and a truss girder (20) attached at the upper part of the deck panel (10), wherein the deck panel (10) includes: a first connection unit (103) provided with a first inclined portion (103a) and a second inclined portion (103c) at one side end of a longitudinal direction to be formed in a pocket form; and a second connection unit (104) provided with a third inclined portion (104a), a fourth inclined portion (104c) and a fifth inclined portion (104e) at the other side end of the longitudinal direction to be formed in a ring form, such that a plurality of inclined portions formed in each of the first connection unit (103) and the second connection unit (104) multiply come in close contact with the inside of the first connection unit (103) formed in the deck panel (10) of one side deck plate as the second connection unit (104) formed in the deck panel (10) of the other side deck plate is seated when a plurality of integrated-type deck plates are connected. According to the present invention, unit products are connected by being pushed in the direction facing each other when the integrated deck plates are connected to each other, thereby realizing a flat surface without forming an unnecessary space portion or recess at the lower part of the connection unit to form a clean surface even though spray coating is performed as well as to have an excellent aesthetic appearance. In addition, the connection units of the unit products multiply overlap each other in a mutual connection procedure to enhance binding force thereof, thereby preventing outflow of a concrete liquid as well as preventing deflection due to loading during concrete placement.
본 발명은 일체형 데크플레이트에 관한 것으로서, 소정 크기의 금속 판재로 된 데크패널(10); 데크패널(10)의 상부에 부착된 트러스거더(20); 를 포함하여 구성하고, 데크패널(10)은, 길이 방향 일측 단부에서 제1경사부(103a)와 제2경사부(103c)가 구비되어 포켓형으로 형성된 제1연결부(103); 길이 방향 타측 단부에서 제3경사부(104a), 제4경사부(104c), 제5경사부(104e)가 구비되어 고리형으로 형성된 제2연결부(104); 를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 복수의 일체형 데크플레이트를 연결할 때 일측 데크플레이트의 데크패널(10)에 형성된 제1연결부(103)의 내부에, 타측 데크플레이트의 데크패널(10)에 형성된 제2연결부(104)가 안착되면서 제1연결부(103)와 제2연결부(104)에 각각 형성된 복수의 경사부가 다중으로 밀착된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일체형 데크플레이트를 상호 연결할 때, 단위 제품이 서로 마주 보는 방향으로 밀어서 연결이 이루어짐으로써 연결부의 하부에 불필요한 공간부나 홈이 형성되지 않고 평탄한 면을 이루게 되어 미관이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 뿜칠을 하더라도 깔끔한 면을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 단위 제품의 각 연결부가 서로 연결되는 과정에서 다중으로 겹쳐지면서 연결부의 결속력이 향상됨으로써 콘크리트 타설 시 하중에 의한 처짐을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 콘크리트액의 유출을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
