CORDLESS HAIR DRYER COMPRISING CERAMIC HEATER
The present invention relates to a cordless hair dryer having a ceramic heater in honeycomb shape, comprising: a honeycomb ceramic heater containing silicon carbide (SiC) as a main component; a heater fixing member installed on front and back surfaces of the ceramic heater and pressing and fixing the ceramic heater; a current connection terminal attached to a periphery of one side of the heater fixing member and used to apply a current to the ceramic heater; a blower fan that rotates the air introduced through an air inlet to guide the air to an air outlet and a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor that operates the blower fan; and a battery unit that is easy to attach and detach. According to the present invention, the ceramic heater having a low resistance and the BLDC motor exhibiting a high rotation speed can generate a high calorific value and a high airflow amount at low power, thereby providing sufficient hair drying ability and simplifying the installation of the ceramic heater. It is possible to provide the cordless hair dryer in which the device is easily manufactcured.
본 발명은 탄화규소(SiC)를 주성분으로 하는 허니컴형 세라믹 히터; 상기 세라믹 히터의 전후면에 설치되고 상기 세라믹 히터를 압착 고정시키는 히터 고정 부재; 상기 히터 고정 부재의 일측 둘레에 부착되어 상기 세라믹 히터에 전류를 인가하는데 사용되는 전류 연결 단자; 공기 유입구를 통해 유입된 공기를 회전시켜 공기 배출구로 유도하는 송풍팬과 상기 송풍팬을 작동시키는 비엘디씨(BLDC) 모터(Brushless Direct Current motor); 및 착탈이 용이한 배터리부를 포함하는, 허니컴형 세라믹 히터를 포함하는 무선 헤어드라이어를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 낮은 저항을 갖는 세라믹 히터와 고속 회전속도를 나타내는 비엘디씨 모터에 의하여 저전력에서 높은 발열량 및 송풍량을 발생시킬 수 있어, 충분한 모발 건조능을 제공하고 세라믹 히터의 장착에 간편해진 구조를 도입시켜 기기의 제작이 용이해진 무선 헤어드라이어를 제공할 수 있다.
