FORMWORK FRAME FOR FORMING FLOOR OPENINGS FOR INSTALLATION OF TOP-DOWN EVACUATION LADDER
According to the present invention, in regard to the formation of a mold for forming an opening part for inserting a top-down evacuation ladder into a floor slab during the construction of a building, a first unit quarter (1) to a fourth unit quarter (4) are formed through an erect wall (10) in which two orthogonal vertical plates are integrated, and a space part (12) corresponding to an opening part (510) of a floor slab (500) is provided inside the erect walls (10) by the combination of the first unit quarter (1) to the fourth unit quarter (4), wherein diagonal cut parts (14) are formed to be opposed to each other in a part where the erect walls (10) meet between adjacent unit quarters, and coupling bars (16) extended inwards towards the space part (12) are fixed and combined with each of the cut parts (14) and a plurality of coupling holes (16a) are arranged and formed on each of the coupling bars (16), wherein the coupling holes (16a) of the coupling bars (16) facing each other are formed to be opposed to each other to fix and unfix the adjacent unit quarters through a fastener (20), thereby facilitating the separation of the first unit quarter (1) to the fourth unit quarter (4) after the placement and curing of concrete in accordance with the construction of a building, and removing a tapered shape for the floor slab opening part (510) such that a top-down evacuation ladder (E.L) can be substantially coupled and fixed.
본 발명은 건물의 시공시 바닥 슬라브에 하향식 피난사다리가 끼움 설치되도록 하기 위한 개구부 형성을 위한 거푸집을 구성함에 있어서, 직교하는 두 개의 세로판이 일체로 형성되는 직립벽체(10)를 통하여 제1 단위쿼터(1) 내지 제4 단위쿼터(4)를 구성하고, 상기 제1 단위쿼터(1) 내지 제4 단위쿼터(4)의 결합에 의하여 직립벽체(10)들의 내측으로 바닥 슬라브(500)의 개구부(510)에 해당하는 공간부(12)가 마련되게 하되, 이웃하는 단위쿼터 간의 직립벽체(10)가 만나는 부분에는 사선의 절개부(14)가 서로 대응되게 형성하고, 각각의 절개부(14)에는 공간부(12)를 향하여 내측으로 연장되는 결합대(16)를 고정결합하며 결합대(16) 각각에는 다 수개의 결합공(16a)을 배열형성하되 이웃하여 마주하는 결합대(16)의 결합공(16a) 간에는 서로 대응되게 형성하여 결속수단(20)을 매개로 이웃하는 단위쿼터 간에 고정 및 고정해지가 되도록 하여, 건물 시공에 따른 콘크리트 타설 및 양생 후 제1 단위쿼터(1) 내지 제4 단위쿼터(4)의 분리가 용이하도록 하고 형성되는 바닥 슬라브 개구부(510)가 상광하협 형상이 배제되게 하여 하향식 피난사다리(E.L)가 견고하게 결합고정될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

According to the present invention, in regard to the formation of a mold for forming an opening part for inserting a top-down evacuation ladder into a floor slab during the construction of a building, a first unit quarter (1) to a fourth unit quarter (4) are formed through an erect wall (10) in which two orthogonal vertical plates are integrated, and a space part (12) corresponding to an opening part (510) of a floor slab (500) is provided inside the erect walls (10) by the combination of the first unit quarter (1) to the fourth unit quarter (4), wherein diagonal cut parts (14) are formed to be opposed to each other in a part where the erect walls (10) meet between adjacent unit quarters, and coupling bars (16) extended inwards towards the space part (12) are fixed and combined with each of the cut parts (14) and a plurality of coupling holes (16a) are arranged and formed on each of the coupling bars (16), wherein the coupling holes (16a) of the coupling bars (16) facing each other are formed to be opposed to each other to fix and unfix the adjacent unit quarters through a fastener (20), thereby facilitating the separation of the first unit quarter (1) to the fourth unit quarter (4) after the placement and curing of concrete in accordance with the construction of a building, and removing a tapered shape for the floor slab opening part (510) such that a top-down evacuation ladder (E.L) can be substantially coupled and fixed.
본 발명은 건물의 시공시 바닥 슬라브에 하향식 피난사다리가 끼움 설치되도록 하기 위한 개구부 형성을 위한 거푸집을 구성함에 있어서, 직교하는 두 개의 세로판이 일체로 형성되는 직립벽체(10)를 통하여 제1 단위쿼터(1) 내지 제4 단위쿼터(4)를 구성하고, 상기 제1 단위쿼터(1) 내지 제4 단위쿼터(4)의 결합에 의하여 직립벽체(10)들의 내측으로 바닥 슬라브(500)의 개구부(510)에 해당하는 공간부(12)가 마련되게 하되, 이웃하는 단위쿼터 간의 직립벽체(10)가 만나는 부분에는 사선의 절개부(14)가 서로 대응되게 형성하고, 각각의 절개부(14)에는 공간부(12)를 향하여 내측으로 연장되는 결합대(16)를 고정결합하며 결합대(16) 각각에는 다 수개의 결합공(16a)을 배열형성하되 이웃하여 마주하는 결합대(16)의 결합공(16a) 간에는 서로 대응되게 형성하여 결속수단(20)을 매개로 이웃하는 단위쿼터 간에 고정 및 고정해지가 되도록 하여, 건물 시공에 따른 콘크리트 타설 및 양생 후 제1 단위쿼터(1) 내지 제4 단위쿼터(4)의 분리가 용이하도록 하고 형성되는 바닥 슬라브 개구부(510)가 상광하협 형상이 배제되게 하여 하향식 피난사다리(E.L)가 견고하게 결합고정될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
