FORMWORK FRAME FOR FORMING FLOOR OPENINGS FOR INSTALLATION OF TOP-DOWN EVACUATION LADDER
The present invention relates to a formwork frame for forming a floor opening unit for installing top-down evacuation ladder. According to the present invention, the formwork for forming an opening unit for inserting and installing the top-down evacuation ladder into the floor slab when constructing a building comprises: a first half frame (4) having the standing wall bodies (10) and a second half frame, which are engaged with each other. By the standing wall bodies (10), a space unit (12) falling under the opening unit (510) of the floor slab is prepared inside. The pair of standing wall bodies (10) facing each other can be engaged with and separated from each other between the first half frame (4) and the second half frame (6) through an incision unit (14) formed in a diagonal direction. 본 발명은 건물의 시공시 바닥 슬라브에 하향식 피난사다리가 끼움 설치되도록 하기 위한 개구부 형성을 위한 거푸집을 구성함에 있어서, 직립벽체(10)를 갖는 제1 하프틀(4)과 제2 하프틀(6)의 결합으로 구성되며, 직립벽체(10)에 의하여 그 내측으로 바닥 슬라브의 개구부(510)에 해당하는 공간부(12)가 마련되게 하되, 한 쌍의 마주하는 직립벽체(10)는 사선 방향으로 형성되는 절개부(14)를 통하여 상기 제1 하프틀(4)과 제2 하프틀(6) 간에는 서로 결합 및 분리 가능토록 구성하고, 상기 절개부(14)가 형성되는 직립벽체(10)의 내측면에는 절개부(14)에 인접하는 부분에 결속수단(20)을 결합하여 제1 하프틀(4)과 제2 하프틀(6)이 서로 고정 및 고정해지 되도록 하여, 건물 시공에 따른 콘크리트 타설 및 양생 후 제1 하프틀(4)과 제2 하프틀(6)의 분리가 용이하도록 하고 형성되는 바닥 슬라브 개구부(510)가 상광하협 형상이 배제되게 하며 하향식 피난사다리(E.L)가 견고하게 결합 고정될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
