.MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EMBANKMENT BLOCK COMPRISING FERRONICKEL SLAG
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing embankment blocks formed by stacking a base layer and a surface layer to provide excellent strength and durability while recycling ferronickel slag. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: filling a mold with a first concrete composition including first ferronickel slag, slag cement, stone dust, and organic fertilizer; preparing a base layer by pressing the first concrete composition; filling a second concrete composition including second ferronickel slag, slag cement, and silica sand on the base layer; preparing a molded block body by pressing the second concrete composition to form a surface layer on the base layer; and curing the molded block body. The first ferronickel slag prepared by surface treatment by mixing with an aqueous solution of organic fertilizer and silicone oil is used as a concrete composition to form the base layer.
본 발명은 기층 및 표층이 적층되어 이루어지는 호안블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 기층 및 표층이 적층되어 이루어지는 호안블록의 제조방법으로서, 성형틀에 제1 페로니켈 슬래그, 슬래그 시멘트, 석분 및 유기질 비료를 포함하는 제1 콘크리트 조성물을 충진하는 단계, 상기 제1 콘크리트 조성물을 가압하여 기층을 제조하는 단계, 상기 기층 상에 제2 페로니켈 슬래그, 슬래그 시멘트 및 규사를 포함하는 제2 콘크리트 조성물을 충진하는 단계, 상기 제2 콘크리트 조성물을 가압하여 상기 기층 상에 표층을 형성하여 블록 성형체를 제조하는 단계, 상기 블록 성형체를 양생하는 단계를 포함하며, 유기질 비료 및 실리콘 오일의 수용액과 혼합하여 표면 처리하여 제조된 제1 페로니켈 슬래그를 콘크리트 조성물로 하여 기층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
