본 개시내용은 타설압 저항성이 강화된 프리캐스트 벽체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 프리캐스트 벽체의 내,외부패널에 매립 설치되는 레일부재와, 상기 내,외부패널의 레일부재를 상호 연결하여 일체로 거동되도록 하는 연결부재 사이에 설치되는 링크부재 및 결합부재의 구성을 통해 내,외부패널 사이에 타설되는 콘크리트에 의한 타설압에 대한 저항성을 강화시키기 위한 프리캐스트 벽체에 관한 것이다. 본 개시내용의 일 실시예에 의하면, 소정거리 이격 배치되는 복수의 프리캐스트 패널들 사이에 콘크리트가 타설되어 일체의 벽체 구조물을 형성하는 프리캐스트 벽체에 있어서, 소정거리 이격되어 배치되는 외측패널(10) 및 내측패널(20)과, 상기 외측패널(10)과 내측패널(20)을 상호 연결하는 복수의 트러스 연결부재(30)와, 상기 외측패널(10) 및 내측패널(20)에 매립 설치되며, 상기 복수의 트러스 연결부재(30)와 연결되는 레일부재(11, 21)를 포함하고, 상기 연결부재(30)는 상기 레일부재(11, 21)를 수평방향으로 연결하는 복수의 수평부재(31) 및 상기 수평부재(31) 사이에서 경사진 방향으로 연결되는 복수의 경사부재(33)를 포함하되, 상기 연결부재(30)와 연결되는 레일부재(11, 21)의 타측에서 연결부재(30) 방향으로 상기 레일부재(11, 21)에 결합되는 결합부재(40)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present disclosure relates generally to a precast wall having increased pouring resistance. The precast wall has a configuration by which resistance to the pouring pressure of concrete poured between outer and inner panels is increased, the configuration including rail members buried in outer and inner panels, link members disposed between connection members connecting the rail members in the outer and inner panels to act integrally, and coupling members. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, provided is a precast wall having an integrated wall structure constructed by pouring concrete between precast panels. The precast wall includes: an outer panel (10) and an inner panel (20) spaced apart at a distance and facing each other; a plurality of truss connection members (30) connecting the outer panel 10 and the inner panel (20); and rail members (11, 21) buried in the outer panel (10) and the inner panel (20), respectively, and connected to the truss connection members (30). The connection members (30) includes a horizontal members (31) horizontally connecting the rail members (11 and 21) and inclined members (33) connecting the rail members (11, 21) and .inclined between the horizontal members (31). The precast wall includes coupling members (40) respectively coupled one surface of a corresponding rail member, of the rail members 11 and 21 connected to the truss connection members 30, in a longitudinal direction.

The present disclosure relates generally to a precast wall having increased pouring resistance.
