The present invention relates to a device for reinforcing the horizontal bearing capacity of a vehicle protection fence and, more specifically, to a device for reinforcing the bearing capacity of a vehicle protection fence, capable of preventing a vehicle from climbing by allowing a support to be supported by a bracket connected to a curb. The device for reinforcing the bearing capacity of a vehicle protection fence according to the present invention is the device for reinforcing the bearing capacity, which is to prevent the support of the vehicle protection fence spaced on the outside of the curb from overturning to the outside of a road due to impact. The device for reinforcing the bearing capacity of a vehicle protection fence comprises: a fixing plate fastened to the curb; the bracket surrounding the outer side of the road of the support; a connecting member passing through the fixing plate and the bracket with the support therebetween; a spring holder fastened to an end portion of the connecting member; and an elastic body provided between the bracket and the spring holder.
