APPARATUS FOR REINFORCING GUARD RAIL
The present invention relates to an apparatus for reinforcing a guardrail. The present invention is economical since the apparatus for reinforcing a guardrail can be applied to both a conventionally installed guardrail and a newly installed guardrail. The apparatus is buried under the ground while being attached to a support, wherein a cross sectional surface thereof is formed to be uneven and a reinforcing pin is more provided such that a supporting force of the support with respect to an impact applied to the guardrail can be improved. The apparatus for reinforcing a guardrail according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a supporting plate buried under the ground at the back of the support of the guardrail for supporting the support and preventing the support from falling in case of collision with a vehicle, and forming a cross sectional surface thereof to be uneven so as to maximize an area applied with a ground pressure; and a connecting member provided between the support and the supporting plate and closely fixing the supporting plate to the back of the support.
개시된 내용은 기존에 설치된 가드레일은 물론 새롭게 설치되는 가드레일에 적용 가능해 경제적이고, 지주대 측에 밀착된 상태로 지중에 매입되되 그 단면이 요철형으로 형성되고 보강핀이 더 구비됨에 따라 가드레일에 가해지는 충격에 대한 지주대의 지지력이 향상될 수 있는 가드레일용 보강장치에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용의 일 실시 예에 따른 가드레일용 보강장치는 가드레일의 지주대 후방 측 지중에 매입되어 차량 충돌시 상기 지주대가 쓰러지지 않고 지지되게 하며 토압을 받는 면적이 극대화 될 수 있도록 그 단면이 요철형으로 형성되는 지지판과, 상기 지주대 및 지지판 사이에 구비되어 상기 지지판이 상기 지주대 후방 측에 밀착 고정되게 하는 연결부재가 포함된다.
