ELECTRONIC WATER METER FOR FREEZE PROTECTION
The present invention relates to an electronic water meter for freezing prevention which has an upper diaphragm allowing a measurement unit to be mounted thereon and made of a high-strength synthetic resin material in a main body, conceals and embeds a blocking member of a metallic material, and improves the structure to prevent bending deformation caused by a volume expansion pressure in winter and prevent rust. The upper diaphragm is made of a synthetic resin material and includes: a circular main body; an accommodation groove unit formed to mount an accommodation support unit of the measurement unit into the main body; a magnetic body center protrusion unit to insert and couple a magnetic body and a rotating shaft unit of the impeller into an inner mounting groove unit at the center of the accommodation groove unit; a shaft groove unit formed on the upper end of the mounting groove unit formed into the center protrusion unit and a lower surface unit protruding to have a smaller diameter than the diameter of the main body through a stepped unit on the lower surface of the main body to allow a hinge pin of an impeller unit to be coupled thereto; reinforcing parts protruding at regular intervals from the main body into the accommodation groove unit; and a blocking member concealed, embedded, and installed in the main body to enclose the mounting groove unit and the center protrusion unit.
본체 내부에 계량부가 안착되는 상부격판을 고강도 합성수지재로 구성하되, 금속재질인 차폐부재는 은폐 내장시키고 구조를 개량하여 동절기 부피 팽창 압력에 의한 휨 변형을 방지하고 동시에 녹이 발생되지 않도록 한 동파방지용 전자식 수도미터에 관한것 으로, 상기 상부격판은 합성수지재로 구성되고, 원형의 본체; 상기 본체의 내측으로 계량부의 수용지지부가 안착되도록 형성한 수용홈부; 상기 수용홈부의 중앙에 내측의 장착홈부로 상기 임펠러부의 회전축부 및 자성체가 삽입 결합되도록 한 자성체 중앙돌기부; 상기 본체의 저면에 단턱부를 통해 본체의 직경보다는 작은 직경을 가지도록 돌출 형성된 저면부와, 상기 중앙돌기부의 내측으로 형성된 장착홈부의 상단에 형성되어 임펠러부의 힌지핀이 결합되는 축홈부; 상기 본체에서 수용홈부의 내측으로 일정 간격을 두고 돌출 형성된 보강편; 상기 중앙돌기부 및 장착홈부를 감싸도록 본체에 은폐 내장 설치되는 차폐부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
