The present invention provides a method for manufacturing finishing panels by using an apparatus for manufacturing the finishing panels, and more specifically provides a method for manufacturing non-combustible finishing panels for the interior and exterior materials of a building and with mechanical coupling. The method comprises the following steps of: (S110) forming the finishing plate (210) of a finishing panel (200); (S120) attaching a frame (220) to the rear surface of the finishing plate (210); (S130) providing a non-combustible plate material (240) formed on an opposite side of the finishing plate (210) on the finishing panel (200); (S140) transferring a lower plate (130) to an upper part of a mold (120), and providing, on the lower plate (130), the finishing plate (210) so that the rear surface of the finishing plate is visible; (S150) transferring the lower plate (130) to a lower part of the mold (120), and laying an insulating material (230) on the rear surface of the finishing plate (210); (S160) attaching a non-combustible plate material (240) to the inner surface of a cover plate (140); (S170) covering an upper part of the mold (120) with the cover plate (140), and then curing the insulating material (230) for a time; and (S180) opening the cover plate (140), transferring the lower plate (130) to an upper part, and inspecting the quality of the finishing panel (200). The step (S120) of attaching the frame (220) to the rear surface (213) of the finishing plate (210) includes a step of attaching the frame (220) to the rear surface of the finishing plate (210) through mechanical coupling using rivets.

본 발명은 마감패널의 제조 장비를 이용하여 마감패널을 제작하는 제작 방법은, 상기 마감패널(200)의 마감판(210) 형성단계(S110)와, 상기 마감판(210)의 배면에 프레임(220)을 부착하는 단계(S120)와, 상기 마감패널(200)에 상기 마감판(210)의 반대편에 형성되는 불연판재(240)를 준비하는 단계(S130)와, 상기 하판(130)을 형틀(120)의 상부로 이송시키고, 상기 하판(130)에 상기 마감판(210)의 배면이 보이도록 구비하는 단계(S140)와, 상기 하판(130)을 형틀(120)의 하부로 이송시키고, 상기 마감판(210)의 배면에 단열재(230)를 포설하는 단계(S150)와, 상기 덮개 플레이트(140)의 안쪽 면에 상기 불연판재(240)를 부착하는 단계(S160)와, 상기 덮개플레이트(140)로 상기 형틀(120)의 상부를 덮은 후, 일정시간 동안 단열재(230)를 양성하는 단계(S170)와, 상기 덮개플레이트(140)를 열고 상기 하판(130)을 상부로 이송시켜 완성된 마감패널(200)의 품질을 검사하는 단계(S180)를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 마감판(210)의 배면(213)에 프레임(220)을 부착하는 단계(S120)는 상기 마감판(210)의 배면과 상기 프레임을 리벳을 이용한 기계적 결합을 통해 부착하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 결합을 갖는 건물 내외장재용 불연성 마감패널의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
