HANDRAIL WITH BUILT-IN EMERGENCY EVACUATION DEVICE
An objective of the present invention is to allow a quick evacuation. According to the present invention, a guardrail with an embedded emergency evacuation device comprises: a pair of horizontal bars of which upper and lower portions are separated from each other to be installed side by side; and a plurality of vertical bars provided between the horizontal bars to connect an upper horizontal bar and a lower horizontal bar, and provided to be separated at regular intervals. The upper horizontal bar has a hollow storage unit forming a space therein. The guardrail further comprises: an evacuation device embedded in the storage unit, and discharged out of the upper horizontal bar when an emergency situation occurs; an opening/closing unit formed on one side of the upper horizontal bar, and allowing one side of the storage unit to be selectively opened to discharge the evacuation device embedded in the storage unit to the outside; and a pneumatic pressure generation unit provided on one side in the storage unit to eject compressed air towards the opening/closing unit to easily discharge the evacuation device. When the guardrail is installed on a building with two or more floors, the guardrails are alternately installed to allow the left and right directions to become opposite to each other on an upper floor and a lower floor.
본 발명에 따른 비상 대피장치가 내장된 난간은, 상부와 하부가 상호 이격되어 나란하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 수평바와, 상기 수평바 사이에 구비되어 상부 수평바와 하부 수평바를 연결하되, 일정 간격 이격되도록 구비되는 복수의 수직바를 포함하는 난간에 있어서, 상기 상부 수평바는 내부가 중공 되어 공간을 형성하는 수납부가 형성되며, 상기 수납부에 내장되고, 비상 상황 발생 시 상기 상부 수평바의 외부로 토출되는 대피장치와, 상기 상부 수평바의 일측에 형성되며, 상기 수납부에 내장된 상기 대피장치가 외부로 토출되도록 상기 수납부의 일측이 선택적 개방이 가능하도록 하는 개폐부 및 상기 수납부의 내부 일측에 구비되어 상기 대피장치의 토출이 용이하게 이루어지도록 상기 개폐부 방향으로 압축 공기를 발사하는 공압발생부를 포함하며, 상기 난간은 2층 이상의 건물에 설치될 시, 위층과 아래층에서 좌우 방향이 반대가 되도록 번갈아 가며 설치된다.
