Floor slab for reduced floor noise having plate vibration absorption structure and construction method of the same
According to the present invention, provided are a floor slab for floor noise damping having a plate vibration absorption structure capable of eliminating and absorbing a low-frequency noise caused by an impact load through plate vibration energy, absorbing vibrations of medium/high-pitched areas through a porous background material, and enabling convenient construction through a modularized sound absorption unit, and a construction method thereof. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the floor slab for floor noise damping having a plate vibration absorption structure includes: a porous background material manufactured of an incombustible (semi-incombustible) or fireproof material to be installed adjacently in parallel on the same plane; a mold module for sound absorption installed on an upper side of the porous background material to absorb a low-frequency noise by inducing an impact occurring from a floor slab as a plate vibration; a concrete floor layer made by placing concrete with a predetermined height to an upper part of the mold module for sound absorption; and a slab fastening bolt having an upper part combined with the concrete floor layer and having a lower part projected to predetermined extent from a lower side of the porous background material to be installed to fasten the mold module for sound absorption with the porous material through screwing with a nut.
본 발명은 충격하중에 따른 저주파 소음을 판진동 에너지로 소멸시켜 흡수시키고, 중·고음 영역의 진동은 다공질 바탕재로 흡수시키며, 모듈화된 흡음유닛을 통해 시공이 간편하도록 한 층간소음 저감용 바닥 슬래브 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 판진동 흡수구조를 갖는 층간소음 저감용 바닥 슬래브는, 불연(준불연) 또는 내화 기능을 갖는 재질로 제작되어 동일 평면상에 나란하게 접하여 설치되어 있는 다공질 바탕재와; 상기 다공질 바탕재의 상면에 바닥 슬래브에서 발생된 충격을 판진동으로 유도시켜 저주파 소음을 흡수하도록 설치된 흡음겸용 거푸집 모듈과; 상기 흡음겸용 거푸집 모듈의 상부로 일정 높이를 가지고 콘크리트로 타설되어 있는 콘크리트 바닥층과; 상단이 콘크리트 바닥층에 합성되고 하단이 다공질 바탕재의 하면으로부터 일정량 돌출되어 너트와의 나사 결합으로 상기 다공질 바탕재와 흡음겸용 거푸집 모듈을 결속시키도록 설치된 슬래브 결속볼트;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
