The present invention provides a seismic isolator for connecting a roof structure to an upper part of a building, comprising: a connection part fixed to a panel support part for supporting a panel covering the upper part of the building; an elastic part to which the connection part is connected and which includes an elastic part body provided with a leaf spring; and a support part supporting both sides of the elastic part, and fastened to a lower panel provided on the upper part of the building, thereby effectively cushioning horizontal vibration.
