본 발명은 줄 없는 이중 블라인드의 원단 및 하단 회전봉 휘어짐 방지장치에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 손잡이부를 당기는 힘에 의해 하단 케이스가 하측으로 이동하면서 한 쌍의 롤러와 하단 회전봉이 회전하게 되고, 하단 회전봉보다 지름이 작은 롤러가 하단 회전봉의 상승을 방지함과 동시에 이중 원단에 밀착되어 회전하면서 하중을 상쇄시켜 하단 회전봉의 휘어짐이나 이중 원단의 구겨짐을 방지하는 것이다. 이는 하단 케이스, 이중 원단의 하단에 설치되는 하단 회전봉, 하단 케이스의 양측단에 설치되는 마감캡을 갖는 줄 없는 이중 블라인드에 있어서,상단 양측에 결합돌기가 형성된 하단 케이스; 상기 하단 케이스의 외면에 결합하며 상단 전면에 롤러가 체결되는 롤러하우징이 대칭되게 형성된 손잡이부; 상기 손잡이부의 상면 내측에 외부로 돌출되면서 양측 단에 축삽입공이 형성된 축결합구를 대칭되게 형성하고, 축결합구 사이에 롤러홈을 형성하며, 축결합구의 후면에 돌기홈을 형성된 롤러하우징; 상기 롤러하우징에 삽입 설치되는 롤러; 및 상기 손잡이부의 외면에 하단 케이스를 결합시, 롤러가 이중 원단의 외면에 밀착 결합하고 2개가 한 쌍인 롤러가 하단 회전봉의 지름보다 작은 폭으로 위치하여 하단 회전봉의 휘어짐을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a device for preventing bending of a lower rotary rod and wrinkling of fabric in double blind without a string. More specifically, while a lower case is moved downwardly by the force of a handle portion (250) being pulled, a pair of rollers and a lower rotary rod are rotated. The rollers having a smaller diameter than the lower rotary rod prevent the lower rotary rod from rising and at the same time offset the load while rotating in close contact with double fabric (240), and thus prevent bending of the lower rotary rod or wrinkling of the fabric.
