METHOD OF SOLIDIFYING SURFACE OF SOFT GROUND WITH PREVENTING PARTICLE OF SOLIDIFYING AGENT FROM FLYING AND BEING SCATTERED
The present invention provides a method for solidifying the surface layer of soft ground and an apparatus used therefor. The method comprises: a solidifying agent storage step of storing a powder-type solidifying material in a silo; a solidifying agent transport step of filling a sealed solidifying agent chamber with the solidifying agent stored in the silo through a transfer pipe without leakage of the solidifying agent, and moving, to an improved soil supply, a solidifying agent transporter that transports the solidifying agent chamber; a solidifying agent supply step of supplying the solidifying agent from the solidifying agent chamber to a sealed accommodation chamber provided in the improved soil supply through a supply pipe; an improved soil generation step of generating, in the improved soil supply, improved soil in which the soil of the soft ground and the solidifying agent are mixed; an improved soil supply step of supplying the improved soil while the improved soil supply moves on the soft ground; an improved soil distribution step of more widely distributing the improved soil supplied from the improved soil supply by a dozer; an improved soil compaction step of compacting the improved soil distributed by the doser with a compaction roller; and a curing step of curing the improved soil. The method not only fundamentally prevents air pollution as the powder-type solidifying agent is not leaked to the atmosphere while the surface layer of the soft ground is solidified, but also reduces the cost of the improvement work and increases working speed, thereby reducing the time and cost required for the improvement work on the soft ground.
본 발명은 연약 지반의 표층 고화 공법에 관한 것으로, 분말 형태의 고화재를 사일로(silo)에 보관하는 고화재 보관단계와; 상기 사일로에 보관된 상기 고화재를 밀폐 상태의 고화재 챔버에 이송 파이프를 통해 고화재의 유출없이 채우고, 상기 고화재 챔버를 운반하는 고화재 운반기를 개량토 공급기까지 이동시키는 고화재 운반단계와; 상기 고화재 챔버로부터 상기 개량토 공급기에 구비된 밀폐 상태의 수용 챔버에 공급 파이프를 통해 상기 고화재를 공급하는 고화재 공급단계와; 상기 개량토 공급기에서, 연약 지반의 토사와 상기 고화재를 혼합한 개량토를 생성하는 개량토 생성단계와; 상기 개량토 공급기가 상기 연약 지반을 이동하면서 상기 개량토를 공급하는 개량토 공급단계와; 상기 개량토 공급기로부터 공급된 상기 개량토를 도저(dozer)에 의해 보다 넓게 분산시키는 개량토 분산단계와; 상기 도저에 의해 분산된 상기 개량토를 다짐 롤러로 다지는 개량토 다짐단계와; 상기 개량토를 양생시키는 양생 단계를; 포함하여 구성되어, 연약 지반의 표층 고화 공정 중에 분말 형태의 고화재가 대기중으로 유출되지 않음에 따라 대기가 오염되는 것을 근본적으로 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 개량 공사의 원가를 낮추고 작업 속도를 증대시켜, 연약 지반의 개량 공사의 시간과 비용을 줄이는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 연약 지반의 표층 고화 공법 및 이에 사용되는 장치를 제공한다.
