METHOD OF SOLIDIFYING SURFACE OF SOFT GROUND WITH PREVENTING PARTICLE OF SOLIDIFYING AGENT FROM FLYING AND BEING SCATTERED
The present invention relates to a method for solidifying the surface layer of the soft ground. The method comprises: a solidifying agent storage step of storing a powder type solidifying agent in a silo; a solidifying agent loading step of loading the solidifying agent, stored in the silo, into a closed solidifying agent chamber provided in a solidifying agent carrier, through a transfer pipe; a solidifying agent transport step of moving the solidifying agent carrier to a position capable of supplying the solidifying material to a first mixing position where modified soil is to be produced, on the soft ground; a solidifying agent supply step of supplying the solidifying agent from the solidifying agent carrier to the first mixing position; a raw soil improvement step of mixing the solidifying agent and raw soil at the first mixing position on the soft ground by a mixing device to produce modified soil; and a modified soil solidifying step of compacting the modified soil with a compaction roller and curing the same. Therefore, the method can prevent air pollution as a power type solidifying agent is not released into the atmosphere during a surface layer solidification process on the soft ground, and can lower the cost of improvement work and increase working speed, thereby reducing the time and cost of improvement work on the soft ground.
본 발명은 연약 지반의 표층 고화 공법에 관한 것으로, 분말 형태의 고화재를 사일로(silo)에 보관하는 고화재 보관단계와; 상기 사일로에 보관된 상기 고화재를 고화재 운반기에 구비된 밀폐 상태의 고화재 챔버에 이송 파이프를 통해 탑재하는 고화재 탑재단계와; 상기 연약 지반 상에서 개량토를 생성하고자 하는 제1혼합위치에 상기 고화재를 공급할 수 있는 위치로 상기 고화재 운반기를 이동시키는 고화재 운반단계와; 상기 고화재 운반기로부터 상기 고화재를 상기 제1혼합위치에 공급하는 고화재 공급단계와; 상기 고화재와 상기 제1혼합위치의 원토사를 믹싱 장치에 의해 연약 지반 상에서 혼합하여 개량토를 생성하는 원토사 개량단계와; 상기 개량토를 다짐 롤러로 다진 후 양생시키는 개량토 고화단계를; 포함하여 구성되어, 연약 지반의 표층 고화 공정 중에 분말 형태의 고화재가 대기중으로 유출되지 않음에 따라 대기가 오염되는 것을 근본적으로 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 개량 공사의 원가를 낮추고 작업 속도를 증대시켜, 연약 지반의 개량 공사의 시간과 비용을 줄이는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 연약 지반의 표층 고화 공법 및 이에 사용되는 장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a method for solidifying the surface layer of the soft ground. The method comprises: a solidifying agent storage step of storing a powder type solidifying agent in a silo; a solidifying agent loading step of loading the solidifying agent, stored in the silo, into a closed solidifying agent chamber provided in a solidifying agent carrier, through a transfer pipe; a solidifying agent transport step of moving the solidifying agent carrier to a position capable of supplying the solidifying material to a first mixing position where modified soil is to be produced, on the soft ground; a solidifying agent supply step of supplying the solidifying agent from the solidifying agent carrier to the first mixing position; a raw soil improvement step of mixing the solidifying agent and raw soil at the first mixing position on the soft ground by a mixing device to produce modified soil; and a modified soil solidifying step of compacting the modified soil with a compaction roller and curing the same. Therefore, the method can prevent air pollution as a power type solidifying agent is not released into the atmosphere during a surface layer solidification process on the soft ground, and can lower the cost of improvement work and increase working speed, thereby reducing the time and cost of improvement work on the soft ground.
