Method For Manufacturing Semi-Incombustible Multi-Layered Insulation Material
A method for manufacturing a multi-layered insulating material having semi-incombustible properties according to the present invention comprises: a preparation step of accommodating a mixed solution containing polyurethane in a foaming container having a predetermined capacity; a functional sheet mounting step of, after the preparation step, while moving the foaming container in a certain direction, mounting the functional sheet on the interface of the mixed solution accommodated in the foaming container; a foaming proceeding step of, after the functional sheet mounting step, foaming the mixed solution including polyurethane in the foaming container to prepare an insulating material; and a cutting step of, after the foaming proceeding step, cutting the insulating material.
본 발명에 따른 준불연성을 갖는 다층 구조의 단열재 제조방법은 소정 용량을 가지는 발포용기에 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 혼합액을 수용하는 준비 단계, 상기 준비 단계 이후, 상기 발포용기를 일정 방향으로 이동시키면서, 상기 발포용기에 수용된 상기 혼합액의 계면상에 기능성 시트를 안착시키는 기능성 시트부 안착 단계, 상기 기능성 시트부 안착 단계 이후, 상기 발포용기 내의 상기 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 혼합액을 발포시켜 단열재를 제조하는 발포 진행 단계, 상기 발포 진행단계 이후, 상기 단열재를 절단하는 절단 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
