The present invention relates to an excavator boom/arm emergency lowering device having a safety lock function including a logic valve. According to the present invention, by installing a safety lock valve that contains a logic valve for boom lowering or arm folding operation in a cylinder that operates an excavator boom or arm, a safety function is realized to prevent a sudden fall of the boom or arm due to damage to a hydraulic pipe, and at the same time, the pressure loss passing through the valve is improved, so that the control over the boom lowering or arm folding operation of the excavator is secured, thereby securing the operator's convenience in operation.
본 발명은 로직밸브를 내포하는 세이프티 락 기능이 있는 굴삭기 붐/아암 비상 하강장치에 관한 것으로, 굴삭기 붐 또는 아암을 작동시키는 실린더에서 붐 다운 또는 아암 접힘 작동에 대해 로직밸브를 내포하는 세이프티 락 밸브를 설치함으로써 유압배관의 파손에 의한 붐 또는 아암의 급격한 추락을 방지하는 안전기능을 실현함과 동시에, 밸브를 통과하는 압력손실을 개선하여 굴삭기의 붐 하강 또는 아암 접힘 동작에 대한 제어성을 확보하여 장비 운전자의 조작 편의성을 확보할 수 있다.

본 발명은 로직밸브를 내포하는 세이프티 락 기능이 있는 굴삭기 붐/아암 비상 하강장치에 관한 것으로, 굴삭기 붐 또는 아암을 작동시키는 실린더에서 붐 다운 또는 아암 접힘 작동에 대해 로직밸브를 내포하는 세이프티 락 밸브를 설치함으로써 유압배관의 파손에 의한 붐 또는 아암의 급격한 추락을 방지하는 안전기능을 실현함과 동시에, 밸브를 통과하는 압력손실을 개선하여 굴삭기의 붐 하강 또는 아암 접힘 동작에 대한 제어성을 확보하여 장비 운전자의 조작 편의성을 확보할 수 있다.
