According to the present invention, a device for removing tile joints comprises: a hand grinder having a circular rotary cutter provided on the front thereof to cut a tile joint along the tile joint by a rotary operation, and having a handle part provided at an upper part of the rear of the rotary cutter; a lower mounting frame detachably provided at the rear of the rotary cutter in a lower portion of the hand grinder; a plurality of straight guide wheels provided in a direction colinear with the rotary cutter on one of both sides of the lower mounting frame to ensure straightness of a tile joint removal operation by the rotation of the rotary cutter; and a plurality of rolling wheels provided to be colinear with the opposite side of the straight guide wheel on the other of both the sides of the lower mounting frame. If the construction condition of the tile joint between tiles is poor, the tile joint can be easily cut and removed using the hand grinder. Even if the floor surface of the tile joint is uneven, the straightness of the cutting direction in the groove of the tile joint is ensured without cutting the tile while a cutting direction is misaligned, and thus poor work, damage to the tile, or accidents can be prevented during removal of the tile joint. Even if the blade of the rotary cutter for removing a tile joint wears out at work, the height of the rotary cutter can be easily adjusted so that rotational contact with the bottom of the groove of the tile joint is maintained, and thus the depth of the groove is kept constant. Even if the floor surface of the groove is uneven, impact is buffered at work, and thus the tile joint can be removed smoothly in consideration of an error in the depth.
본 발명에 따른 타일 줄눈 제거장치는: 회전 동작에 의해 타일 줄눈을 따라서 줄눈을 절단하는 원형의 회전 커터가 전방에 구비되며, 상기 회전 커터의 후방 상부에는 손잡이부가 구비된 핸드 그라인더; 상기 핸드 그라인더의 하부에서 상기 회전 커터의 후방에 착탈 가능하게 구비된 하부 장착 프레임; 상기 하부 장착 프레임의 양측 중 상기 회전 커터와 일렬을 이루는 방향으로 구비되어 상기 회전 커터의 회전에 의한 타일 줄눈 제거작업의 직진성이 확보되도록 하는 다수의 직진 가이드 바퀴; 및, 상기 하부 장착 프레임의 양측 중 상기 직진 가이드 바퀴의 반대편에 일렬을 이루도록 구비된 다수의 구름 바퀴;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 타일과 타일 사이의 타일 줄눈의 시공 상태가 불량한 경우 핸드 그라인더를 이용해 이를 손쉽고 간편하게 절단하며 제거하도록 할 수 있고, 타일 줄눈의 바닥 표면이 불균일하더라도 절단 작업의 방향이 비틀어져 타일을 절단하게 됨이 없이 타일 줄눈 홈에서의 절단 방향의 직진성이 확보되도록 하여 타일 줄눈 제거시 작업 불량 또는 타일의 손상이나 안전 사고 등을 예방할 수 있으며, 타일 줄눈 제거를 위한 회전 커터의 날이 작업 과정 중에 마모되더라도 줄눈 홈 바닥과의 회전 접촉이 유지되게 회전 커터의 높이조절이 용이하게 조절되도록 하여 줄눈 홈의 깊이가 일정하게 유지되도록 할 수 있고, 줄눈 홈의 바닥 표면이 불균일하더라도 작업 중에 충격이 완충 되도록 하여 줄눈 홈 깊이의 오차를 감안해 타일 줄눈 제거작업이 원활히 수행되도록 할 수 있는 타일 줄눈 제거장치를 제공할 수 있다.
