Waterjet cutting apparatus for manhole repair
A waterjet cutting apparatus for manhole repair is provided. The waterjet cutting apparatus for cutting the road surface in which a manhole including a manhole cover and a manhole frame is embedded, comprises: a support fixing part which has a support center pipe having a length and vertically disposed in a direct part of the manhole, has a plurality of support legs having ends rotatably assembled to the outer surface of the support center pipe, and lower ends fixed and supported on the road surface, corresponding to an outer side of the manhole frame, by contacting the road surface, and is fixed and installed on the road surface near the manhole frame; a driving part which has a rotary table having one end rotatably assembled to the support center pipe, has a driving wheel provided on the other end of the rotary table to externally contact the road surface, has a driving motor for rotating the driving wheel in one direction, and rotates the rotary table coupled to the driving wheel with respect to the support center pipe; and a vertical cutting part which has at least one waterjet nozzle for the road surface that is fixed and installed on the rotary table so that the road surface and a discharge end correspond to each other, and cuts the road surface to a depth by jetting waterjet, including an abrasive in high pressure water, onto the road surface. Therefore, manhole repair work can be performed smoothly.
맨홀보수용 워터젯 절단장치를 제공한다. 맨홀커버와 맨홀프레임으로 이루어지는 맨홀이 매설되는 노면을 절단하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 맨홀의 직상부에 수직하게 배치되는 일정길이의 지지중앙관을 갖추고, 상기 지지중앙관의 외부면에 일단이 회전가능하게 조립되고 상기 맨홀프레임의 외측에 해당하는 노면에 하부단이 접하여 고정지지되는 복수개의 지지다리를 갖추어 상기 맨홀프레임 근방의 노면에 고정설치되는 지지고정부 ; 상기 지지중앙관에 일단이 회전가능하게 조립되는 회전대를 갖추고, 상기 회전대의 타단에 구비되어 상기 노면과 외접하는 구동휠을 갖추고, 상기 구동휠을 일방향으로 회전구동시키는 구동력을 제공하는 구동모터를 갖추어 상기 지지중앙관을 중심으로 하여 구동휠과 결합된 회전대를 회전이동시키는 구동부 ; 상기 노면과 토출단이 대응하도록 상기 회전대에 고정설치되는 적어도 하나의 노면용 워터젯 노즐을 갖추어 고압수에 연마재가 포함된 워터젯 분사수를 노면으로 분사하여 노면을 일정깊이 절단하는 수직절단부 ;를 포함한다.
