The present invention relates to a smart road stud having a landscape lighting function and a digital road sign function, the smart road stud comprising: a housing body having an inner space for accommodating one or more elements; an optical cable assembly mounted in the inner space of the housing body and emitting light through an optical cable disposed along the upper edge region of the housing body; and a cover case disposed on the upper portion of the housing body to cover the open upper surface of the housing body.
