The present invention relates to a smart pavement marker having a landscape lighting function and a digital landmark function, which comprises: a housing body having an inner space for storing one or more components; an optical cable assembly mounted in the inner space of the housing body and emitting light through an optical cable disposed along an upper edge area of the housing body; and a cover case disposed in an upper portion of the housing body to cover an opened upper surface of the housing body.
