Self-adhesion type asphalt waterproofing sheet manufacturing method and complex waterproof method using thereof
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a self-adhesive waterproofing sheet including rubberized asphalt. The method includes the steps of: mixing 100 parts by weight of N-phenylhydroxylamine with 60-80 parts by weight of cyclopentadiene, 50-70 parts by weight of 1,4-polyisoprene, 40-60 parts by weight of dimethyl terephthalate, 30-50 parts by weight of straight asphalt, 20-40 parts by weight of blown asphalt, 10-30 parts by weight of 2-bromo-4-nitrotoluene, 3-5 parts by weight of cyclohexane carboxylic acid, and 2-4 parts by weigh of talc to prepare an asphalt compound composition; and applying the asphalt compound composition to one surface of a PET film.
본 발명에 의하면, N-페닐하이드록실아민 100 중량부에 싸이클로펜타디엔 60-80 중량부, 1,4-폴리이소프렌 50-70 중량부, 디메틸테레프탈레이트 40-60 중량부, 스트레이트아스팔트 30-50 중량부, 브로운아스팔트 20-40 중량부, 2-브로모-4-니트로톨루엔 10-30 중량부, 싸이클로헥산카복실릭에시드 3-5 중량부 및 탈크 2-4 중량부가 혼합되어 아스팔트 컴파운드 조성물이 제조되는 단계와; 상기 아스팔트 컴파운드 조성물이 PET 필름의 일면에 도포되는 단계를 포함하는 고무화 아스팔트 자착식 방수시트 제조 방법이 제공된다.
