COMPOSITION SELF ADHESIVE ASPHALT WATERPROOFING SHEET WATERPROOFING SHEET MANUFACTURING METHOD AND COMPOSITE WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a water-soluble asphalt coating waterproof agent composition having adhesive property, a method for preparing the same, and a composite waterproof treatment method using a water-soluble asphalt coating waterproof agent and a self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet. A petroleum resin is incorporated to each of a water-soluble asphalt coating waterproof agent applied to the ground surface and a self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet applied to the top thereof. The object of the present invention is to allow the self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet to maintain the adhesion strength stably through the affinity between them by providing each of the topmost layer of the asphalt coating waterproof agent and the bottommost layer of the self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet with tackiness, i.e., sticky adhesive property from the petroleum resin. Particularly, the asphalt coating waterproof agent comprises: 45-69 parts by weight of asphalt; 27-33 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene latex; 0.3-2 parts by weight of water; 1-3 parts by weight of a rosin acid- or oleic acid-based emulsifier; 0.1-1 parts by weight of a defoaming agent; 0.4-1 parts by weight of an admixture; 1-2 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 1-9 parts by weight of EVA or acrylic resin; 0.1-1 part by weight of a vulcanization accelerator; and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a regenerated fine coal powder.
본 발명은 점착성을 가지는 수용성 아스팔트 도막 방수재 조성물과 이의 제조방법 및 수용성 아스팔트 도막 방수재와 자착식 아스팔트 방수시트를 이용한 복합방수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 바탕면에 도포되는 수용성 아스팔트 도막 방수재와 그 상부에 도포되는 자착식 아스팔트 방수시트 각각에 석유수지를 조성하여 상기 석유수지에 의해 상기 수용성 아스팔트 도막 방수재의 최상단층 및 자착식 아스팔트 방수시트의 최하단층 각각에 택기 즉, 끈적거림을 가지는 점착력이 유발됨으로써, 상기 수용성 아스팔트 도막 방수재에 자착식 아스팔트 방수시트가 친화력에 의해 안정적으로 접착강도를 유지하도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 수용성 아스팔트 도막 방수재는, 아스팔트 45 ~ 69 중량부와; 스티렌 부타디엔 라텍스 27 ~ 33 중량부와; 물 0.3 ~ 2 중량부와; 로진산 또는 올레인산계 유화제 1 ~ 3 중량부와; 소포제 0.1 ~ 1 중량부와; 혼화제 0.4 ~ 1 중량부와; 석유수지 1 ~ 2 중량부와; EVA 또는 아크릴수지 1 ~ 9 중량부와; 가황촉진제 0.1 ~ 1 중량부; 및 재생 미분말 석탄재 0.1 ~ 3 중량부;로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
