Eco-friendly Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Repairing Methods of Repair Section Using Thereof
Provided are a mortar composition for repairing a cross-section and a cross-section repairing method using the same. The mortar composition for repairing a cross-section comprises: 5-30 parts by weight of calcium sulfonate aluminate; 5-20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 1-10 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 5-30 parts by weight of silica; 1-10 parts by weight of methylmethacrylate; 2-10 parts by weight of limestone; 10-60 parts by weight of fly ash; 1-20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 3-15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer; 1-10 parts by weight of a thickener; and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a defoamer with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. The mortar composition for repairing a cross-section according to the present invention has effects of: improving a working environment; reducing environmental pollution; and having the strength which is the same as or greater than that of conventional cement.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 1 내지 10중량부; 규사 5 내지 30중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 1 내지 10중량부; 석회석 2 내지 10중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 1 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면보수공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
