본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 20 내지 60중량부; 실리카 10 내지 30중량부; 석고 5 내지 20중량부; 질산칼슘 5 내지 20중량부; 숯가루 0.1 내지 2중량부; 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 0.1 내지 2중량부; 유동증진제 0.1 내지 2중량부; 및 지연제 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면보수공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
