The present invention relates to a preparation method of an admixture for a plasterboard, an admixture for a plasterboard prepared thereby, and a composition for forming a plasterboard, comprising the admixture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique that enables regulating of the properties of a plasterboard, such as pore size, flowability, and setting time, by providing a sulfonated polystyrene(SPS)-based compound and regulating the degree of sulfonation (DS) of the SPS-based compound.
