The present invention relates to a method for preparing an admixture for a gypsum board, an admixture for a gypsum board obtained thereby and a composition for forming a gypsum board including the same. Particularly, according to the present invention, the degree of sulfonation (DS) of a sulfonated polystyrene (SPS)-based compound or sulfonated polystyrene (SPS)-based polymer compound is controlled, or the types of monomers contained in the polymer compound or the degree of polymerization of the monomers is controlled so that the physical properties, such as flowability and solidification time, of gypsum slurry may be controlled.
본 발명은 석고보드용 혼화제의 제조방법 및 그에 따른 석고보드용 혼화제, 이를 포함하는 석고보드 형성용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 자세하게는 술폰화된 폴리스티렌(Sulfonated Polystyrene, SPS)계 화합물 또는 술폰화된 폴리스티렌(Sulfonated Polystyrene, SPS)계 고분자 화합물의 DS(degree of sulfonation)를 조절하거나 고분자 화합물에 포함된 단량체들의 종류와 그 중합 정도를 조절함으로써 석고 슬러리의 유동성, 응결 시간 등의 물성 조절이 가능한 기술을 제공하고자 한다.
