The present invention relates to a foothold entrance opening/closing apparatus for a foothold-type safety ladder, which allows a worker to safely work on a foothold on an upper side of the ladder. More specifically, the present invention relates to a foothold entrance opening/closing apparatus for a foothold-type safety ladder, in which a blocking bar (20) installed on an entrance of a safety frame (6) placed on an upper outer side of a foothold (5) of the ladder is locked or unlocked by a locking means (30) and opened/closed upward/downward. The locking means (30) installs an operation lever (31) forming an assembly hole (31a) and a hanging hole (31b) on an upper side/lower side in front of the blocking bar, and an assembly pin (35) is inserted to make the operation lever come in contact with the blocking bar by a snapping spring (36) with the operation lever fixed on the assembly hole and the blocking bar. A hanging pin (15), which is fixed on a vertical support bar of the safety frame, is inserted into the hanging hole. The operation lever is unlocked by pulling the lower side of the operation lever to escape from the hanging pin. When the blocking bar is closed, the hanging pin is inserted into the hanging hole of the operation lever, and is locked to close the blocking bar. Accordingly, the locking means can be simply operated without any inconvenience of the worker unlike the conventional ones, so the user convenience and safety are greatly improved.
본 발명은 작업자가 사다리 상부의 발판에서 안전하게 작업하도록 하는 발판형 안전 사다리의 발판 출입구 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 사다리의 발판(5) 상부 외측으로 마련되는 안전 프레임(6)의 출입구에 설치된 차단바(20)를 록킹 수단(30)에 의해 록킹 또는 록킹 해제하면서 상하로 개폐하되, 상기 록킹 수단(30)은 차단바 전방에 상하로 조립공(31a)과 걸림공(31b)을 형성하는 작동 레버(31)를 설치하여 상기 조립공에 차단바에 고정된 상태로 작동 레버를 탄발 스프링(36)에 의해 차단바에 밀착시키는 조립핀(35)이 삽입되고, 상기 걸림공에 안전 프레임의 수직 지지바에 고정된 걸림핀(15)이 삽입되어 상기 작동 레버의 하부를 걸림핀에서 이탈되게 전방으로 당기는 것에 의해 록킹 해제하고 상기 차단바 폐쇄시 작동 레버의 걸림공에 걸림핀이 삽입되면서 록킹되어 차단바를 폐쇄하므로 상기 록킹 수단을 종래와 같이 작업자의 사용 불편함 없이 간단하게 작동하도록 제공하므로 사용 편리성 및 안전성을 크게 향상시키도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to a foothold entrance opening/closing apparatus for a foothold-type safety ladder, which allows a worker to safely work on a foothold on an upper side of the ladder. More specifically, the present invention relates to a foothold entrance opening/closing apparatus for a foothold-type safety ladder, in which a blocking bar (20) installed on an entrance of a safety frame (6) placed on an upper outer side of a foothold (5) of the ladder is locked or unlocked by a locking means (30) and opened/closed upward/downward. The locking means (30) installs an operation lever (31) forming an assembly hole (31a) and a hanging hole (31b) on an upper side/lower side in front of the blocking bar, and an assembly pin (35) is inserted to make the operation lever come in contact with the blocking bar by a snapping spring (36) with the operation lever fixed on the assembly hole and the blocking bar. A hanging pin (15), which is fixed on a vertical support bar of the safety frame, is inserted into the hanging hole. The operation lever is unlocked by pulling the lower side of the operation lever to escape from the hanging pin. When the blocking bar is closed, the hanging pin is inserted into the hanging hole of the operation lever, and is locked to close the blocking bar. Accordingly, the locking means can be simply operated without any inconvenience of the worker unlike the conventional ones, so the user convenience and safety are greatly improved.
