BUILDING GATEWAY OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform opening/closing control for an opening/closing body in accordance with movement of a person.SOLUTION: A building gateway opening/closing apparatus comprises: an entrance door 16; a motor 17 for making the entrance door 16 open/close automatically; face authentication apparatuses 21 provided on the indoor and outdoor sides interposing the entrance door 16, respectively, to perform authentication for a person passing through a gateway 15; human detection sensors 22 provided on the indoor and outdoor sides interposing the entrance door 16, respectively, to detect the existence of a person, the human detection sensors taking a predetermined range including the gateway 15 as a detection range; and a door controller 31 for making the entrance door 16 be in an open state during a period in which the existence of a person is detected by the human detection sensors 22, when authentication is performed by the face authentication apparatuses 21. The door controller 31, in the case of a person passing through the gateway 15, makes a human detection sensor 22 on a side authenticated by a face authentication apparatus 21 of the indoor and outdoor sides be valid and makes the human detection sensor 22 on the reverse side be invalid to perform opening/closing control for the entrance door 16 on the basis of a detection result of the validated human detection sensor 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】人の移動に合わせて開閉体の開閉制御を適正に実施する。【解決手段】建物の出入口開閉装置は、玄関ドア１６と、玄関ドア１６を自動で開閉させるモータ１７と、玄関ドア１６を挟んで屋内側及び屋外側にそれぞれ設けられ、出入口１５を通過する人の認証を実施する顔認証装置２１と、玄関ドア１６を挟んで屋内側及び屋外側にそれぞれ設けられ、出入口１５を含む所定範囲を検知範囲として人の存在を検知する人感センサ２２と、顔認証装置２１により認証が行われた場合に、人感センサ２２により人の存在が検知されている期間で玄関ドア１６を開放状態とするドアコントローラ３１と、を備える。ドアコントローラ３１は、人が出入口１５を通過する際に、屋内側及び屋外側のうち顔認証装置２１で認証した側の人感センサ２２を有効、逆側の人感センサ２２を無効とし、有効とした人感センサ２２の検知結果に基づいて玄関ドア１６の開閉制御を実施する。【選択図】 図２
