The present invention relates to a method for repairing cracks and water leaks in a concrete structure, which is able to, when being applied in an early stage of cracks, minimize the progressive cracks, lower the error rate by a wet injection agent, reduce the tensile force, prevent a recurrence of errors on the parts with cracks, increase strength, resistance to wear, impacts, moisture, and salt water, reduce additional costs because of a single construction, and minimize damage due to chronic cracks and water leaks in the concrete structure. The method for repairing cracks and water leaks in the concrete structure comprises: a step of forming a repair line (S10), a step of forming an inner repair layer (S20), a step of forming a finish repair layer (S30), a step of flattening (S40), and a step of coating on the top part (S50).
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 및 누수보수 공법에 관련되며, 이는 균열진행 초기에 적용시 진행형 파생균열을 최소화하며 습윤성 주입제로 하자율을 낮추고 인장력을 감소시켜 균열부위 재 하자를 막아주며 강도를 높여 내마모성, 내충격성, 내수성 및 내염수성이 우수하여 한번 시공으로 추가 비용이 절감되며 고질적인 콘크리트 구조물의 균열과 누수로 인한 피해를 최소화할 수 있도록 보수라인 형성단계(S10), 내부 보수층 형성단계(S20), 마감 보수층 형성단계(S30), 평탄화단계(S40), 탑코팅단계(S50)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
