Cement kiln nitrogen oxide reduction device and reduction method using acid fermentation food wastewater and anaerobic digestion wastewater
The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing nitrogen oxides in a cement kiln, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for reducing nitrogen oxides in a cement kiln using acid-fermented food wastewater and methane-fermented wastewater. The apparatus for reducing nitrogen oxides in a cement kiln comprises: a food wastewater supply tank (10) for collecting and supplying food wastewater generated from a feed production facility using food waste and a composting facility using food waste and having minimal solids while passing through a pretreatment process; a food wastewater acid-fermentation tank (20) for acid-fermenting food wastewater supplied from the food wastewater supply tank (10); an acid-fermented food wastewater storage tank (40) for storing acid-fermented food wastewater fermented in the food wastewater acid-fermentation tank (20); and a spray device capable of spraying a reducing agent, in which the acid-fermented food wastewater supplied from the acid-fermented food wastewater storage tank (40), urea water, and compressed air are mixed, to a section of a cement raw material input duct (80) of a cement kiln (87), wherein one or a plurality of spray devices (50) are installed on the cement raw material input duct (80). The apparatus and the method for reducing nitrogen oxides in a cement kiln using acid-fermented food wastewater and methane-fermented wastewater are configured to: collect food wastewater with minimal solids; acid-ferment the collected food wastewater; and introduce the acid-fermented food wastewater with the maximized ammonium concentration as a reducing agent for a selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) process designed to remove nitrogen oxides moving through the raw material input duct of the cement kiln so as to reduce the amount of urea water used in a conventional case and improve the efficiency of removing nitrogen oxides. Accordingly, discarded food wastewater is recycled so as to prevent environmental pollution and to be used as an auxiliary agent for urea water.
본 발명은 시멘트 소성로 질소산화물 저감장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 음식물류폐기물 사료화시설, 음식물류폐기물 퇴비화시설에서 발생된 음폐수를 전처리공정을 거쳐 고형물이 최소화된 음폐수를 모아 공급하는 음폐수공급조(10)와; 상기 음폐수공급조(10)로부터 공급받은 음폐수를 산발효시키는 음폐수산발효조(20)와; 상기 음폐수산발효조(20)에서 발효된 산발효음폐수를 저장하는 산발효음폐수저장조(40)와; 상기 산발효음폐수저장조(40)로부터 공급받은 산발효음폐수를 시멘트소성로(87)의 시멘트원료투입덕트(80) 구간에 산발효음폐수, 요소수, 압축공기를 혼합한 환원제를 분무할 수 있도록 된 분사장치와; 상기 시멘트원료투입덕트(80)에 설치된 분사장치(50)는 1개 또는 다수개로 설치한 구성으로서, 본 발명은 고형물을 최소화한 음폐수를 회수한 후 산발효시켜 암모늄 농도를 최대화한 음폐수를 시멘트 소성로의 원료투입덕트를 통하여 이동되는 질소산화물을 제거하기 위한 선택적비촉매환원(SNCR) 공정의 환원제로 투입하여 기존에 사용하는 요소수 투입량을 줄이고 질소산화물의 제거효율을 높일 수 있도록 함으로 폐기되는 음폐수를 재활용하여 환경오염을 방지하고 요소수 보조제로 사용할수 있도록 한 산발효 음폐수 및 메탄발효 폐수를 이용한 시멘트 소성로 질소산화물 저감장치 및 저감방법에 관한 것이다.
