The present invention relates to a water meter protection case and, more specifically, to a water meter protection case for protecting a water meter (100) buried underground, including a first pipe (130), a second pipe (140), and a display part (110) located between the first pipe (130) and the second pipe (140). The water meter protection case includes: an outer case (200) for forming a predetermined space part; and an inner case (300) located in the outer case (200) and having a predetermined space part. The inner case (300) includes: an inner case body (310); an inner case cover (320) combined with the inner case body (310) to be detachable; and an insulation material (330) provided in the bottom of the inner case cover (320).
