The present invention relates to a geopolymer foam that uses a coal flooring material and fly ash together as raw materials for the geopolymer foam, uses a mixed solution of water glass and sodium hydroxide as an alkali activator, and has a low thermal conductivity and is light by adding silica fume as a blowing agent. The geopolymer foam is an environmentally friendly inorganic material and can be used to improve the insulation performance and safety of buildings.
본 발명은, 석탄 바닥재와 비산재를 함께 지오폴리머 폼의 원료로 사용하였고, 알칼리 활성화제로 물유리와 수산화나트륨의 혼합 용액을 사용하였으며, 실리카 퓸을 발포제로 첨가하여 열전도도가 낮고 가벼운 지오폴리머 폼에 관한 것으로, 상기 지오폴리머 폼은 환경친화적 무기 소재로써 건축물의 단열 성능 및 안전 향상에 활용될 수 있다.
