Insulation exterior material construction structure
The present invention relates to an insulation outer material construction structure, which is able to improve insulation performance, and prevent water leak caused by water introduced between a curtain wall frame and the insulation outer materials such as rainwater. More specifically, the present invention relates to an insulation outer material construction structure which comprises: a large number of fixing brackets installed on a wall of a building between curtain wall frames; fixing pipes installed on the fixing brackets; a first fixing frame installed on the fixing pipe installed on the fixing bracket adjacent the curtain wall frames; second fixing frames installed on the other fixing pipes; panel assemblies respectively installed on the first fixing frame and the second fixing frames; insulation outer materials installed on an outer surface facing the outdoors of the panel assemblies; backup insulators inserted between the curtain wall frames and the panel assemblies; and silicon installed between the curtain wall frames, the panel assemblies, and the backup insulators. The panel assemblies installed adjacent to the curtain wall frames include: indoor frames in which insertion bumps inserted into insertion grooves of the first fixing frame are formed to protrude from an outer surface facing the first fixing frame, and in which insertion grooves are formed on an outer surface facing the outdoors; outdoor frames in which insertion grooves are formed on an outer surface facing the insertion grooves, and in which support units are formed to protrude from the outer surface where the insulation outer materials are installed for supporting the insulation outer materials; and heat blocking connection members in which insertion bumps inserted into the insertion grooves are formed to protrude from both sides on an outer surface.
본 발명은 단열 성능을 개선하면서, 커튼 월 프레임과 단열 외장재의 사이로 빗물 등과 같은 물이 유입되어 누수 현상이 발생되는 것을 막아주는 단열 외장재 시공구조에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는, 커튼 월 프레임의 사이로 건축물의 벽체에 다수로 설치되는 고정브래킷 및, 고정브래킷에 설치되는 고정파이프와;, 커튼 월 프레임에 이웃한 고정브래킷에 설치된 고정파이프에 설치되는 제1고정프레임과;, 나머지 고정파이프에 설치되는 제2고정프레임과;, 제1,2고정프레임에 각각 설치되는 패널 조립체와;, 패널 조립체의 실외를 향하는 외면에 설치되는 단열 외장재를 포함하는 단열 외장재 시공구조에 있어서, 커튼 월 프레임과 패널 조립체의 사이에 끼워지는 백업 단열재와;, 커튼 월 프레임 및 패널 조립체 및 백업 단열재의 사이에 충전되는 실리콘을 포함하되, 커튼 월 프레임에 이웃하게 설치되는 패널 조립체는 제1고정프레임의 끼움홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기가 제1고정프레임을 향하는 외면에서 돌출 형성되고, 실외를 향하는 외면에 끼움홈이 형성된 실내프레임과;, 끼움홈을 향하는 외면에 끼움홈이 형성되고, 단열 외장재가 설치되는 외면에서 돌출 형성되어 단열 외장재를 지지하는 지지부가 형성된 실외프레임과;, 끼움홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기가 외면 양쪽에서 돌출 형성된 열차단 연결부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 외장재 시공구조에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to an insulation outer material construction structure, which is able to improve insulation performance, and prevent water leak caused by water introduced between a curtain wall frame and the insulation outer materials such as rainwater. More specifically, the present invention relates to an insulation outer material construction structure which comprises: a large number of fixing brackets installed on a wall of a building between curtain wall frames; fixing pipes installed on the fixing brackets; a first fixing frame installed on the fixing pipe installed on the fixing bracket adjacent the curtain wall frames; second fixing frames installed on the other fixing pipes; panel assemblies respectively installed on the first fixing frame and the second fixing frames; insulation outer materials installed on an outer surface facing the outdoors of the panel assemblies; backup insulators inserted between the curtain wall frames and the panel assemblies; and silicon installed between the curtain wall frames, the panel assemblies, and the backup insulators.
