Insulation exterior material construction structure
The present invention relates to an exterior insulation material construction structure that prevents a water leakage phenomenon caused by the inflow of water such as rainwater or the like between exterior insulation materials while improving thermal insulation performance and, more particularly, to an exterior insulation material construction structure, comprising: a plurality of fixing brackets installed on a wall structure of a building between curtain wall frames and fixed pipes installed on the fixing brackets; first fixing frames installed at the fixed pipes installed on the fixing brackets adjacent to the curtain wall frames and having insertion grooves formed on the outer surfaces; second fixing frames installed at the remaining fixed pipes and having insertion grooves on both sides of the outer surfaces; panel assemblies allowing insertion protrusions, which are inserted in the insertion grooves, to be formed on the outer surfaces facing the first and the second fixing frames and installed on the first and the second fixing frames; and exterior insulation materials installed on the outer surfaces facing the outsides of the panel assemblies, wherein the panel assembly includes: an indoor frame formed to protrude from the outer surface where the insertion protrusion, which is inserted into the insertion groove, faces the first and the second fixing frame and having the insertion groove on the outer surface facing the outside; outdoor frames having an insertion groove on the outer surface facing the insertion groove, formed to protrude from the outer surface where the exterior insulation material is installed and having a support unit supporting the exterior insulation material; and a heat protecting connection member in which insertion protrusions, which are inserted into insertion grooves, are formed to protrude from both sides of the outer surface.
본 발명은 단열 성능을 개선하면서, 단열 외장재의 사이로 빗물 등과 같은 물이 유입되어 누수 현상이 발생되는 것을 막아주는 단열 외장재 시공구조에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는, 커튼 월 프레임의 사이로 건축물의 벽체에 다수로 설치되는 고정브래킷 및, 고정브래킷에 설치되는 고정파이프와;, 커튼 월 프레임에 이웃한 고정브래킷에 설치된 고정파이프에 설치되며, 외면에 끼움홈이 형성된 제1고정프레임과;, 나머지 고정파이프에 설치되며, 외면 양쪽에 끼움홈이 형성된 제2고정프레임과;, 끼움홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기가 제1,2고정프레임을 향하는 외면에 형성되어 제1,2고정프레임에 각각 설치되는 패널 조립체와;, 패널 조립체의 실외를 향하는 외면에 설치되는 단열 외장재를 포함하되, 패널 조립체는 끼움홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기가 제1,2고정프레임을 향하는 외면에서 돌출 형성되고, 실외를 향하는 외면에 끼움홈이 형성된 실내프레임과;, 끼움홈을 향하는 외면에 끼움홈이 형성되고, 단열 외장재가 설치되는 외면에서 돌출 형성되어 단열 외장재를 지지하는 지지부가 형성된 실외프레임과;, 끼움홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기가 외면 양쪽에서 돌출 형성된 열차단 연결부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 외장재 시공구조에 관한 것이다.
