WATER FAUCET BODY AND IT'S MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DOUBLE INJECTION MOLDING
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a faucet body by double injection in a method of producing a faucet body by integrally injecting an inner body (10) with only synthetic resin and double-injecting an outer body (20) into the inner body again and a faucet manufactured by the method. The method comprises: an inner body molding step of molding an inner body (10) having hot and cold water inlets (11, 12), a cartridge seating part (14) communicating with the hot and cold water inlets and allowing a water temperature control cartridge valve (V) to be seated thereon, and a water outlet (13) through which hot and cold water is mixed in the cartridge seating part and discharged to the outside with a mold (M1) for molding an inner body and inserting slide cores (C1, C2, C3) in a straight line inside the cavity of the mold for molding an inner body in a path communicating from the cold and hot water inlets to the cartridge seating part, injecting PPA resin, molding the inner body, retracting the slide core, and withdrawing the inner body (10) from the mold for molding; and an outer body molding step of inserting the inner body molded in the above step into a mold (M2) for molding an outer body and screwing cap nuts (N1, N2, N3) to the cold and hot water inlets and mixed water outlets, respectively, injecting ABS resin into the mold (M2) for molding an outer body in a state in which ends of flow paths (L1, L2, L3) formed by the slide cores are closed, and molding the outer body (20). Accordingly, productivity can be maximized.
본 발명은 합성수지만으로 내부 몸체(10)를 일체형으로 사출하고, 내부 몸체에 다시 외부 몸체(20)를 이중 사출하여 제작하는 방식의 이중 사출에 의한 수전 몸통의 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 제조된 수전에 관한 것으로, 냉온수 입수구(11,12), 상기 냉온수 입수구와 연통되며 수온조절 카트리지 밸브(V)가 안착되는 카트리지 안착부(14), 상기 카트리지 안착부에서 온냉수가 혼합되어 외부로 출수되는 출수구(13)를 갖는 내부 몸체(10)를 내부 몸체 성형용 몰드(M1)로 성형하되, 상기 냉온수 입수구 및 출수구에서 카트리지 안착부로 연통되는 경로에 슬라이드 코어(C1,C2,C3)가 내부 몸체 성형용 몰드의 캐비티 내부에 직선상으로 삽입되어 PPA 수지가 주입되어 내부 몸체가 성형된 후 슬라이드 코어를 후퇴시켜 내부 몸체(10)를 성형용 몰드에서 인출하는 내부 몸체 성형 단계; 상기 단계에서 성형된 내부 몸체를 외부 몸체 성형용 몰드(M2) 내부에 인서트하되 냉온수 입수구와 혼합수 출수구에 각각 캡 너트(N1,N2,N3)를 나사결합시켜 상기 슬라이드 코어가 형성한 유로(L1,L2,L3)의 끝 부분을 폐쇄한 상태에서 외부 몸체 성형용 몰드(M2) 내부에 ABS 수지가 주입되어 외부 몸체(20)를 성형하는 외부 몸체 성형 단계;를 포함한다.
