The present invention relates to a faucet body manufacturing method using double injection, a faucet body manufactured by the manufacturing method, and a faucet having the faucet body. The faucet body manufacturing method using double injection of the present invention includes: an individual part molding step of individually injection molding parts forming a faucet body; a part assembly step of assembling corresponding injection-molded parts in the individual part molding step to form a single assembly body; and a double injection molding step of double-injection molding the assembly body to form a double-injection outer body outside the assembly body, and finally forming the faucet body.
본 발명은 이중사출을 이용한 수전 바디 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 수전 바디, 그리고 상기 수전 바디를 구비하는 수전에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이중사출을 이용한 수전 바디 제조방법은 수전 바디를 형성하는 부품들을 개별적으로 사출 성형하는 부품 개별 성형단계; 상기 부품 개별 성형단계에서 사출 성형된 부품들을 대응되는 것끼리 조립해서 하나의 조립 몸체로 형성하는 부품 조립단계; 및 상기 조립 몸체의 외측으로 이중사출 외형 몸체가 형성되도록 상기 조립 몸체를 이중사출 성형해서 최종적으로 상기 수전 바디를 성형하는 이중사출 성형단계를 포함한다.
