Molding method of hollow core slab
Disclosed is a hollow core slab forming method of a new construction method capable of increasing workability and saving a construction period. The present invention comprises the following steps of: (a) inserting and embedding a hollow pipe into a mold forming a hollow core slab; (b) pouring concrete into the mold; (c) forming a hollow by drawing out the hollow pipe; (d) curing the slab in which the hollow is formed; and (e) demolding the mold.
시공성이 향상되고 및 공기 절감이 가능한 새로운 공법의 중공 슬래브 성형 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 (a) 중공 슬래브(Hollow Core Slab)를 형성하는 몰드에 중공 파이프(Hollow Pipe)를 인입 및 내설시키는 단계; (b) 상기 몰드에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; (c) 상기 중공 파이프를 인출시켜 중공을 형성하는 단계; (d) 상기 중공이 형성된 슬래브를 양생하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 몰드를 탈형하는 단계;를 포함하는 중공 슬래브 성형 방법을 제공한다.
