Rectangular Water Tank with Natural Circulating Water Flow Structure
The present invention relates to a water tank of a rectangular panel type which induces a natural circulation flow of water to increase chlorine contact efficiency and secure structural stability, and facilitates maintenance and management. The water tank of a rectangular panel type comprises: a water tank body provided by attaching a plurality of rectangular panels; an inner wall independently installed in a sidewall panel; a chamber provided between the sidewall panel and the inner wall; a water inflow pipe vertically installed in the middle of the water tank body to allow inflow water to flow thereinto; a plurality of lateral guide pipes connected to a prescribed height of the water inflow pipe to be horizontally arranged; a configuration in which outlets of the lateral guide pipes transport the inflow water into the chamber to be rotated in the chamber; and discharging the inflow water in the chamber to a water exit pipe after forming a circulation water flow by flowing into the inner wall through a water passing hole formed on the inner wall. An inspection port for inspecting and cleaning the inside is installed on an upper portion of the water tank body. The inspection port has a configuration in which a rectangular frame with a plurality of through holes is installed on a sidewall, and a sliding unit is formed on both sides of the upper end of the rectangular frame to allow a cover to be slid and coupled thereto.
본 발명은 물의 자연 순환수류를 유도하여 염소접촉효율을 높일 수 있고 구조적 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 유지관리가 용이한 사각 패널형 물탱크에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 다수의 사각패널을 부착하여 물탱크 본체를 구비하되 측벽패널의 내부에 독립적으로 설치되는 내벽과, 상기 측벽패널과 내벽 사이에 구비되는 챔버와, 상기 물탱크 본체의 중앙에 수직으로 설치되어 유입수가 유입되는 입수관과, 상기 입수관의 일정높이에 연결되어 수평으로 배치되어 있는 복수개의 측방향 유도관과, 상기 측방향 유도관의 출구는 챔버 내부에 유입수를 이송시켜 챔버 내부에서 선회되도록 한 구성과. 상기 챔버 내부의 유입수는 내벽에 형성된 통수구멍을 통해 내벽의 내측으로 유입되어 순환수류가 이루어진 다음 출수관으로 배출되도록 한 것을 포함하며, 상기 물탱크 본체의 상부에 내부를 점검 및 청소하기 위한 점검구를 설치하되 상기 점검구는 측벽에 다수의 통공이 형성된 사각틀체를 설치하고, 상기 사각틀체의 상단 양측에 슬라이딩부가 형성되어 덮개가 슬라이딩 결합된 구성으로 된 사각 패널형 물탱크을 특징으로 한다.
